Christian our server was absolutely amazing! The ambiance, decor, vibe and music were all on point. Appetizers didn't disappoint with the cheesesteak bites and rolls. The peppers with the cheesesteak rolls was brilliant! The dips (our fave was the salted caramel) were so whipped they make cool whip seem rough. Amazing! So delicious. My anniversary date had the seafood bisque and said it was the best she'd ever had which is hundreds of bowls from different restaurants around the globe...yes she's an expert on bisque. I had the vodka rigatoni she had the lobster linguini. She absolutely loved hers, I just liked mine a little. More on that. Toffee cake for dessert and our special coconut sundae was amazing as well (thank you for that!). Only thing not giving the entire experience top reviews is my dish. The rigatoni was very soft, like it was cooked too long as it shredded when I stabbed it with my fork. The sauce was spicy, yet too sweet. Don't get me wrong I love sweet, and a balance of the two in a pasta dish sounded just amazing. The chipotle flavor was strong enough but the sweetness overpowered the dish and IMO could use some toning down. It could practically be a dessert pasta it was so sweet. The Ruby room was a vibe for sure-perfect blend of music, atmosphere, lush drapes and booths with sexy staff going by you'd think you're in a speakeasy. Definitely a great date spot but not for business as the music was pumping. I can't wait to come back and try the steak frites-that's what I was going to get. And for my beautiful date? She just wants to put this meal on repeat! Thank you.

The restaurant was absolutely stunning, and the restroom was just as beautiful. Everyone, especially the females, loved gathering there to capture photos with the lovely lights and mirrors. The food and cocktails truly deserve a perfect 10/10 rating. It was a wonderful experience all around!

Chose to celebrate my birthday at Evelyn's and it was honestly the best I could've chosen. Absolutely loved my time there and will definitely be coming back for future events. The atmosphere was amazing and the employees were all delightful. Evelyn's truly made my birthday night so special and I will be telling everyone who'll listen to me how amazing this place is and to check it out for their own enjoyment!

Food was just okay, nothing special. Steak was charred and had a gassy taste. Coffee was barely warm and then when you add cream it was just plain cold. Service was slow and not very attentive. Very loud and didn't seem very clean, the light fixtures over our table were coated in dust. There are much better restaurants in Dallas in this price point. Will not be going back.

The establishment is beautiful. It was a wait for our reservation. So we sat at the bar for a cocktail. We understand the place was a little busy, but we weren't even acknowledged that we were even sitting there. We witnessed a group of 4 walk up and immediately be greeted, while the bartender was fixing other cocktails as we sat waiting. Didn't get service until flagging her down for a menu. After waiting 30 min we were escorted then to an area we did not request. When asked why we weren't being seated in requested area and was met with attitude from male hostess “that area is full you'll have to wait longer”. Which was fine with us, since we already waited 30min just to be escorted to the wrong area. Communicating that before walking us over to that area would've been better than the attitude we did receive. Not even minutes after returning to the bar, Manager Louis was so kind to escort us over to the designated area we requested. Once seated our waitress Minerva was a breath of fresh air. Very knowledgeable about the menu and made our dining experience a lot better. Overall food was great and ambience was well thought of. Other than our initial entrance into the restaurant we had a great time.

I let them know that we were celebrating my husband's birthday. It was such a nice touch that they hand-signed his birthday card. After dinner, they also brought out ice cream with toasted coconut on top. It was such a treat! We ordered the wagyu cheesesteak appetizer, which was even better than it sounds. I ordered the scallops, which made my entire week better. My husband ordered the wagyu strip. We shared the mac n cheese and mushrooms sides. We were full before dessert came out, so I ate like an absolute queen the next afternoon. I absolutely recommend Evelyn for special occasions! It tops my list for return visits.

We LOVED our time at Evelyn! The monthly specialty cocktail was delicious that we enjoyed at the bar prior to heading into the stunning dining room for our dinner reservation. Wagyu appetizers were to die for, and our Filets were cooked to perfection! Our server was so friendly and perfectly attentive. We will be back!
