The food was absolutely delectable. Service by Angel was superb! He was so professional and friendly. Love the decor and atmosphere. Very crisp and fresh. We had two pasta meals that were reasonable and great quality. Highly recommend!

Used to love this place and gushed about them to friends and family after going this afternoon solo and sitting at the bar, I no longer feel the love. Horrible service. Actually, NO service. They were fully staffed and I wasn’t good enough for them to take my money. The manager -after I gave up- gave me a coupon for a free drink. Anyone want it? Not planning on using it. Mesero across the parking lot is at least pleasant. Horrible day.

Okay, enough with the all caps. I was here a couple weeks ago while in town for a conference and I booked a reservation for my team at the end. There were seven of us and we ordered everything: drinks, raw bar, salads, appetizers, pastas and mains. Everything was delicious.
Let's start with our arrival. We Uber'd from the city out to what seemed like the suburbs of Dallas. It was a long ride out to the restaurant and we weren't sure trekking out for a meal would be worth it. I had sent the head of our division out to this restaurant a few days earlier and all we heard about it was that it was fine. So we were skeptical.
So we started with oysters on the half shell (two or three people in our party had them) and they were over the moon about them. There were three different sauces for enhanced flavor. I ordered the chilled jumbo shrimp and they were huge and fresh!
I also ordered the EC Wedge Salad and removed the pickled onions and the tomatoes and added ranch - it had dill on it which I did not expect and added another flavor profile to the wedge that I truly didn't expect and it was a very welcome change.
The table ordered the crispy calamari and they said it was really good.
As for mains, one ordered the Creste De Gallo (delicious by the way), one got the special Branzino dish (now I don't like fish or eat fish, but, holy cow, this was delicious!). one got the prime ribeye-delmonico - a really great cut, one got the Charcoal Grilled Spanish Octopus who said it was great (again, I'm allergic), and one got the New Bedford MA Scallops (also very good). Lastly, two of us got the hangar steak with fries and an extra side of the mac and cheese. Wow. Just. Wow.
The food was out of this world! The service was incredible. Not only was our server constantly on top of us, but the managers/owners came by to check on us a couple times. Our waters and drinks were always replaced and topped off. The food was fresh, plentiful, and delicious. They went all out to make sure everything was perfect for us and it was. When we're back in Dallas, we'll be sure to head back to Even Coast!
Wheelchair accessibility: Everything is all on one level and is easily accessible by a wheelchair.

Absolutely enjoyed my time here. First off, I want to acknowledge how much I enjoyed their raw oysters. The oysters here was the first time I actually enjoyed raw oysters without making a weird face, trust me I have had some at very fine restaurants but they were horrible. The Entree I had was great too, had the Tagliatelle pasta and it was great. Was there with other folks and they all enjoyed their meal. Will be back

The food was amazing!! Chase waited on us and was on top of it. Great place for a date. The Martini was well made, and the blue cheese olives were to die for!! A little on the expensive side, but price is all relative. Highly recommend!!

This was my 1st time here & it was amazing! I love the ambiance & aesthetics when you walk in. I ordered the Caesar Salad & the Creste de Gallo pasta! They both were so tasty! Also, the service was excellent! Our waiter named Sasha was friendly & funny! Ask for her! 5 stars!
