My first time visiting was yesterday and I will definitely be going back! The Vietnamese cold brew was amazing! This place also offers great vegetarian options - I am always looking for places that offer intentional vegetarian meals. The owner was so kind and made me a veggie burger breakfast sandwich! This place is located right off of Knox St. near RH Dallas and is worth a visit!

Absolutely loved my visit to Fairgrounds! I ordered the Cafe du Miel and it was delicious—perfectly balanced and comforting. The vibes were spot on: cozy, upbeat, and welcoming. Huge shoutout to the manager, who was fantastic and made the experience even better. Can’t wait to come back!

The staff is great.
The place has long windows, so you get lots of natural lighting and get to people watch.

Also the food is way better than you would expect for a coffee shop.
I always order the fire roasted chicken sandwich.

Was looking for a good coffee place in the area, and this one is by far the best!! I’ve been to many coffee shops in Dallas but the environment of this once was something else. The guy working was so incredibly nice and extremely happy to help us. The coffee as well is very good, not just a basic latte. Love this place would definitely recommend if you love coffee and nice people!

Good drinks and lots of snacks. A nice place to study, it’s not too loud and not too cold. Indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly staff and clean bathrooms.

Great coffee shop to either chill at or to do some work. I've done both.

This place is different than any others I’ve been to the set up so serene beautifully landscaped on the outside awesome patio.
Go inside and it’s just as inviting and warm very cozy I really like the vibe here!
Soooo many choices in the cooler case Matcha chia pudding, overnight oats , yogurt, fresh fruits, takeaways for lunch and cold drinks.
The Coffee menu is great and if you don’t see what you want explain it they will figure it out great customer service here !
Food Selection is amazing Breakfast, lunch , up until 6 pm .
I seem to get lucky I go early either before the gym or after yoga .. Derrick is always there he’s so friendly and creates some of the best coffees I’ve ever had such attention to detail! It’s nice to see someone who actually likes their job refreshing!
Definitely brings you back here!
And I love their different food offerings impossible burrito it is sooo good!Matcha chia pudding, avocado toast, salad, egg dishes have all been delicious!
Vegetarian options are a bonus for me!!

Such a cute and vibrant spot! The outdoor area is huge and so nice to sit out! Tho I don’t recommend the Matcha :( they also have food options!

Vietnamese iced coffee 10/10. Just visiting but if I lived in the area, I’d spend a lot of time here. Great spot!

The staff is extremely nice and the drinks are great! I almost always get a dirty chai with oat milk, and they make it perfect every time!

First time not impressed, is in a rich affluent neighborhood. But the service and friendly okay, I say out side the server brings me my frittata no girls and no napkins. Then why just say to wait for your food. I got up again and and back inside instead. Over and over I saw the same thing. People getting up from the chair to come back inside. Solve the problem by placing a small tray with all you need on the patio. The inside has over side couches and table, I literally want to move one of the couches and create a separate sitting area.
