Great location, right near the Katy trail, so you can take your coffee and walk or sit at one of their many indoor or outdoor tables. I tried a vanilla matcha latte and a latte on tap. The latte being on tap was cool, and it could be served instantly. It wasn't too sweet, so if you're a sweet coffee lover I would add some flavor. The matcha was fantastic, it wasn't overly earthy like some can be. Of all the coffee shops I've been to in the area, this is definitely my favorite!

The lady at the front needs some customer service skill trainings, or maybe she’s just biased , but i wasn’t even greeted with a good morning almost like I’m ordering at McDonald’s, then I’m busy working and 5 minutes pass by and my coffee is just sitting there with so much ice and she doesn’t even have the audacity to have it brought to me, as I asked her is this mine she replied with a stale face”yup” but everyone else around me got their food delivered to their table. Food is ok but service is kinda like McDonalds with outrageous prices.

One of my favorite places in Dallas. They make, arguably, the best breakfast sandwich and coffee in the game! I get this french vanilla latte that warms me to my gotdeng LOINS it’s so good. Breakfast sandwich will have you jiggling in your drawz! Great outdoor space, calm, relaxing, great service… they deserve all the props and tips! Fairgrounds is my favorite coffee/cafe in my world. Hot almond latte is divine. Today I tried a cold latte on draft, and it was so good. Barista attitude is very important to me, and Fairgrounds has the market on this issue. They are nice, polite, patient, and a joy to see.

I finally tried this place after going to Trader Joe's often and seeing it across the street. The place itself is super cute. I was greeted immediately when I walked in which is always a plus. I looked for a seat and noticed that there were barely any outlets, I came here to work so I wasn't able to stay very long because of this so that was kind of disappointing. Being that it was my first time here I asked for a recommendation on food, the guy recommended the breakfast tacos and they were a 3/10. I gave it a 3 because they weren't stingy with the ingredients at all but the tacos were COLD, the salsa was as well and it wasn't as flavorful as I'd like being that it had so many ingredients. I got the Vietnamese iced coffee because it's always so good to me. However, when I got this one it wasn't sweet AT ALL, so I asked the lady what kind of milk she used and she said condensed so I was confused and she offered to make it sweeter, she did make it a little sweeter but it wasn't like the Vietnamese iced coffee that I'm use to. Their menu online doesn't reflect the prices inside AT ALL. Online my order should've been no more than $12 but my total ended up being $18 for breakfast that I didn't enjoy.
