Good service, clean, homestyle fixins, small portions. Spent $20 - meal, coffee, $3 tip.

Stopped thru on the way to the dinasaur valley. The big breakfast was enough to feed both my husband and me and still leave food on the plate. All teens left fat and full

The service is very bad, you have to wait too long, the breakfasts are very bad and they charge you too much, I do not recommend it.
Food was not great. We had to wait a long time to get out food.
A diamond in the rough. Decades ago this was an IHOP, as the neighborhood changed IHOP abandoned this area and a local picked it up. They serve everything that IHOP has plus a few other things. Food quality was BETTER than IHOP. The pancakes were perfect, light & fluffy. Service was exceptional. The prices below market.
I was just driving through the area and decided to stop for breakfast. Now anytime I go near the area I will find an excuse to come here.

When walking into this restaurant at first it was just me and my friend waiting on two more guests and a 3 year old. I said “a table for 5” They grabbed 5 adult menus and took us to a big table, the table wasn’t the problem it was the menus, I needed a kids menu for the kid. So I said “I’m sorry it’s 4 and like a three year old” the man says oh okay I can sit you guys at a booth cause this one is automatic grated. It didn’t matter I just wanted a kids menu, I tip more than 20% wherever I go but I don’t need a huge table and it’s more than just me. They sit me and my friend at a booth, the waitresses are talking to another table and ignoring my friend and I for at least 10 mins. The waitress comes over she’s apparently the “assistant manager” and asks have we been helped and take my friend and mine drink order. When our drinks came our other guests were there, she took their drink orders and asked if we wanted to move to the big table, I said no. She walked off and I explained to them that if we move they will grat us. We weren’t squished…she’s 3. When she came back she said the table was going to be grat regardless because it was 5 of us. On their menu it says parties of MORE than 5 will be gratted. She then says verbatim “yes 5 or more”. At this point the whole table is irritable, because you’ve ignored us because I didn’t want to sit at a table I didn’t need nor wanted to pay for, I asked for the manager and she said she was the assistant. We decided to leave.

Very small spot for the neighborhood breakfast spot. Please have a lot of patience for the service. Really nice staff. Staffing is an issue during my visit. For those that live locally around the Family Pancake House. It's great to have a spot that's not a huge chain. Parking is sufficient , but getting in out of a busy street , It will be a challenge.

I went with my family and we ordered our food before 2 other families and got our entrees well after them. Literally, one of the families had finished before we received ours. We had to ask for our food twice and for me that's just unacceptable. Now because we waited so long we just stayed and ate, the food wasn't as bad as the service so they redeemed themselves a little. If you don't mind waiting for some decent food then I say go for it, but when I visit a restaurant I want the entire experience not just half of it and did I note that they were fully staffed, noted....

I had no clue what I was in for. I pass by this place all the time but it's always empty. I wanted a good breakfast this morning so I said I would give them a try. I walk in and it's only one other person in there.I oreded the French toast breakfast which came with two eggs but I added cheese, two straps of bacon, hash browns and French toast. They knocked it out the park. Service was great food was great. I'm definitely going back.
