I'm truly disappointed with my recent visit to the restaurant. Despite never having complained or left a negative review before, this experience was simply awful. We patiently waited 15 minutes to place our order, which, under normal circumstances, could be understandable if the restaurant was short-staffed. However, to our surprise, we were the only ones in line, and the establishment had only one table with customers.I ordered the Lad Na, a stir-fry noodle plate with gravy, but what I received was essentially a bowl of gravy with a mere tablespoon of noodles. The beef was so tough that it was nearly impossible to chew, rendering the dish far from worth its price.Adding to the disappointment, the fried fish cake I ordered was incredibly soggy and practically inedible. Even the papaya salad tasted overwhelmingly sour with no other flavors to balance it out. It was truly a waste of both money and appetite.Having dined at numerous Thai restaurants before, I must say this was by far the worst experience. It's regrettable that this will also be my first and last visit to this establishment.

Their website states voted best Thai restaurant in Dallas. This is false because I researched it.The meat is pre-cooked then microwaved until tough and overcooked. This was my experience with the pork in the dumplings. Also dumpling over cooked in microwave. The beef in my entree was overcooked and some pieces were not chewable. Curry sauce was not on point and not authentic Thai. Gave super small container of rice that was terrible. Texture and taste were off. Like rice was old. Not fresh and not the right rice anyway. Overall entree portions were super small. Overall terrible food and a waste of $55.00. I was extremely disappointed. I have consumed an abundance of Thai food as it is my favorite cuisine. This was the worst Thai food I have ever had and I will never eat there again. BUYER BEEARE!!

Awfully slow. Seems like they have 0 organization and completely lost my order. Waited 45 minutes for my food. Would like a refund. Made me late for work.

Portions are so small I had order pathai noodles , with tofu it was just a pile of noodles the most tofu in my plate were about 8 small pieces & sweet , too much sugar? I had spend more than $20 had mentioned to management about the issue even though he offered to make another plate I refused because he was kind of rude to top it off the place smell funny , weird like toilet or duty water!! I DON'T THINK I'LL GO BACK!!

I stood in line for 10 mins...was seen by 2 people behind the counter and no one ever came to take my order. I had to walk to the other end of the counter and ask to be helped, they said one minute and then never came over. Guess they don't need my business.

Stopped over here to eat after visiting the Reunion Tower. Nice small place in the west end about 12 mins to walk. Ordered the calamari appetizer and entrees for two. The yellow curry and Pad See Ew were pretty tasty. Had horchata boba tea- that was great! The food was prepared quick and fresh. It was a lot of good food!

I ordered whatever the person at the counter suggested. It was great. I got a level 2 spice. Thank goodness. I think I like my stuff spicy, but 2 was a little rough. Yummy and delicious, but way spicy.
