I waited 40 mins for 3 gorditas. Group of 4 gentlemen got their food before I did and they ordered after me. They also got gorditas. Food taste avarage, not impressed.

Small and nice restaurant the food was good but, the service was bad, went in there to eat, order 2 waffles, a small burrito, and chilaquiles, the chilaquiles and one of the waffles were given within 20 minutes of ordering but the rest of the food took an hour, it was not busy enough for them to forget or for them to take so long, had to go to the registered twice, the second time I went to ask for a refund, since they were still taking long to bring the food, and I was told that they don’t do refunds, when I was given my food after an HOUR, the cashier nor the manager or whoever was in charge apologized for the inconvenience, so rude and dry.
This is my go-to cafe! The staff is so friendly and the atmosphere is lovely! Not to mention the food and drinks are amazing!

Wow, thank you for clarifying, and I'm so glad I tried again! I was confused by the people charging for parking, but I told them I was going to Faro Caffe, and they let me by. I tried a mocha, breakfast burrito, croissant sandwich, crepes, and everything was delicious! Finally, there is a good coffee and breakfast place around here!

The food is good but the lady who attends the cashier seems to be in a bad mood. Tania Diaz's name appears, I don't know if it's her but she does have an unfriendly face. Someone explain to me why in such a beautiful place and good food they have to serve like this we are paying for a service, I would not recommend it nor would I return. They didn't even give me my purchase receipt definitively, they changed their service staff.
