I just came from there and I was gonna order me a Boba tea when I walked in nobody greeted me, but they’re able to greet everybody else that came in after me. I didn’t even get to order anything nobody asked if I want anything or anything like that they just looked at me like I was a weird person like I was some sort of alien. Smh they missed out getting a big tip too
02/08/2026: I have been going to Fat Straws since they opened and have gone to almost all the locations. Drinks are always delicious and consistently made. No complaints for this location.
This place was my introduction to boba tea over 10 years ago, and it is STILL one of my favorites to this day! Wonderful company, people and product!!!
I had an issue with a delivery and the store never picked up the phone. I will not use this location anymore for boba. Really disappointing.
Delicious mochi donuts.
Took our order then threw us in line behind the world’s dopiest customer, she was either inconsiderate or incompetent, you decide - then the cashier shoved the donuts at us while we were checking out (because NOW there was a rush right?). With a cash option, we could’ve left the total and left OR we could have been directed to the cashier from the jump OR the guy who took our order could have told the cashier to fold us in instead of putting us behind the world’s derpiest customer who came in AFTER we did. Just like … processes my friend. Not worth the aggravation.
My milk tea was literal milk and they only had one type of donut and it was not tasty at all.

I was looking for some bubble tea to get on my lunch break and this place looked delicious. Well turns out I was right. I got a strawberry swirl with popping bobba and my friend got mango chamoy and I can’t wait to go back and try more next week. The place is really cute too and employees were nice
