This place is so good that I inhaled my mochi donut and sucked down my drink and I didn’t take a photo.I got the strawberry cheesecake mochi donut and it was soooo yummy! I also got the Ferrero Rocher donut for my wife who said it was delicious!I got Lavender Milk Tea and asked to make it less sweet and they were super kind about it and did a great job lessening the sweet.I wish they opened up more locations (Mesquite or Forney) so I could go more often.

Very cute shop. Non traditional mochi taste and texture but still very fun. The service was friendly and helpful. Not many flavors. We got a variety of what they had which was 3 flavors.

Fat Straws used to be my fav boba shop in DFW but has recently lost its quality. I'm not sure I will be returning. To preface, I have a milk sensitivity and I cannot drink anything that has whole milk or heavy cream. I ordered the pandan latte and told the cashier that I wanted coconut milk with it and she promptly told me that it already had coconut milk so I didn't have to order it with it. Once we received the drinks, they looked different from the previous year that I got them (I think in 2022) so I asked if they have milk or cream in the drink. The girl that made the drinks said that the recipe changed from last year and it definitely had dairy in it. It was upsetting because 1) the cashier didn't tell me that it had dairy in it and 2) I was looking forward to having the pandan latte and the recipe changed so I couldn't drink it anymore. The girl that made the drinks ignored me after I told her I couldn't drink the drink she made and said that I could order another drink to replace it. I had to get back in line and order which took a while. I ordered the raspberry fruit tea and it was really artificial tasting and I really didn't like it. I didn't want to be a bother (because they already remade my order once) so I didn't go back inside and ask for another drink.
Motchi donuts and bubble tea were not it. We ordered pandan milk tea and brown sugar milk tea and they were TOO SWEEET even after saying 50% sugar. The flavor was just not there, it all tasted artificial. The banana on the "Nutella Banana" donut was a banana chip . Customer service was good tho

The staff are amazing, they are so friendly. I love the mochi donuts and trying the new flavors they come out with. My favorites are the brown sugar boba, the mango swirl, and the oreo milkshake( which is the best oreo milkshake we've tried) this place is a 10/10

My recent visit to Fat Straws left me with mixed feelings. While the tea was enjoyable, the overall experience was marred by subpar customer service. There were four employees behind the counter, which should have translated to efficiency, but unfortunately, it didn't. None of them seemed particularly eager to assist, and I left feeling a bit underwhelmed by the service provided.
