Feng Cha is a great place for tea lovers. I would highly recommend chrysanthemum honey ginger milk (served hot) for people fond of milk tea. This drink closely resembles Indian tea in taste. I had also ordered Mango Au Lait with boba and would suggest not to add extra sugar to the drink. The total bill for both these items was $11.53.

We had been coming here 2-3x per week. I went on Monday and I asked the cashier to make my chai milk tea unsweetened, I had stevia. I asked if they can add my 4 packets in it, since I was gonna make a mess. The guy grabbed my stevia and looked at them like I was stupid and said no, so it yourself. I said fine. My order came out and I poked a hole and removed the straw and poured my stevia in there. The whole time he stared perplexed like I was an alien. He said “ma’am, do you want me to do that?” I responded and told him he had just told me to do it myself. He was perplexed, yet again. The whole time he stared at me and it was super creepy. We are never coming back. They rush you and they are super impatient and moody. You don’t feel welcomed when you enter, you aren’t even greeted.

Some of the best boba I've had. Creamy with big flavors and great tapioca. I understand why it's a local favorite!

You will not get a water down flavorless drink here. Anytime I can, I go here to spoil myself with a good drink. My favorite is the Thai milk tea with boba!

Feng cha is the most legit and best boba tea in the heart of Dallas, closest in distance is Yely tea, gong cha, then Richardson area. There’s no discussion. It’s fact. (Kung fu tea and craft tea use powders in their drinks, I haven’t tried panda tea. There’s other restaurants that serve boba but if you serve a whole food menu and boba that’s a red flag)It’s unfortunate that feng chas hours are really limited.

Drove 20 minutes for the Boba Tea and didn’t regret it, very good pricing as well compared to the other places I’ve been to…but still taste better.

The boba here is amazing! I no longer go anywhere else for boba, just Feng Cha. The taro milk tea is the best I have ever had. It is the perfect blend of sweet and creamy while not being overly sugary (I order it with 50% sweetness). My fiancé and I have tried a variety of drinks and they are all great. Fast and friendly service too.

Sadly I'm not the biggest fan of Feng Cha anymore and it doesn't help that this location closes at peak dinner hours BUT a point for being one of the only accessible boba shops in the area.Service is usually great but again, not the biggest fan of their boba drinks. I do like their jasmine green apple drink though!

Very negative attitude from cashiers every time I come. Not a single smile, not a hello or goodbye. Drinks are okay, could be better. Shop is typically visibly

Best in this area. I appreciate you can get an unsweet tea. The boba does have a ton of sugar. The milk tops here are so good!

I love this place the ambiance and service of the restaurant was super fire. I found myself in Dallas for 2 days for my birthday and I went to this spot both days even Tho it was out of the way. I got the Overflowing Dragonfruit with mango popping bubbles and would definitely recommend.

Poor management. They ran out of black tea and caused a long wait while they brewed more. Hard to understand how a tea shop can not keep this in stock at all times.
