I keep getting hung up on EVERY time I call ...different months, inquiring about which soup they offer. The same Spanish speaking employee that franchise owners could care less about training to answer the phone correctly is a liability due to no abla Enlish. The owners should hire ENGLISH speaking employees to assist customer inquiries and take orders. Unless, the owners feel they just don't want to make more money and like turning customers away when they are hung up on
I am trying to share this picture of my salad I just got from them. Today is Tuesday 7/31/2018. I am at work preparing my salad to eat and there is a Monday label mixed in my salad. Great 3 weeks ago I had a health scared. So I’m really a lot more cautious of what I eat. I just love there sandwiches but this one each time I go. They never give me a pickle.
