Firehouse is a typical sub shop, with exceptional sandwiches and friendly staff.

I keep getting hung up on EVERY time I call ...different months, inquiring about which soup they offer. The same Spanish speaking employee that franchise owners could care less about training to answer the phone correctly is a liability due to no abla Enlish. The owners should hire ENGLISH speaking employees to assist customer inquiries and take orders. Unless, the owners feel they just don't want to make more money and like turning customers away when they are hung up on
Excellent food, Great fresh bread

My husband wanted a sandwich and I wanted soup. The 1st time I called I didn't get an answer. The other 3 times I called to find out what kind of soup they offered today ended up being a complete fail. I was hung up on by a Non - English understanding or speaking Firehouse team member. She explained the best she could that she didn't speak Engish. I was never offered assistance from another team member and each time she hung up on me while I was in mid sentence.
I have to wonder how much business the owner has missed. I hope by bringing attention to this will help with training and hiring opportunities. I know it is hard to find help...good help, especially when you're in business to make money and not lose it by the actions of one employee.

I called the Firehouse location 4 times. I just wanted to ask what soups they offered tonight before I placed an order. The 1st time I didn't get an answer after the phone rang over 6 times. I attempted 3 more times and I was hung up on by a SPANISH SPEAKING ONLY woman. The kicker is, I was wanted to try the soup, due to my past disappointments getting sandwiches at the Preston location were so bad concerning the quality compared to other locations and experiences (I had been a very frequent regular customer of the Coit and Park location in Plano since the week it opened). I had worked at the hospital for 10 years and it was very convenient.
Living at Preston and Frankford the Preston Firehouse would of been our sub sandwich shop of choice, that had already been a fail, months ago. As for which soup they have on the menu, since I don't speak SPANISH, and whoever Firehouse hired doesn't SPEAK ENGLISH to work in AMERICA.... I guess, I will never know.
Online order was Fast and very easy.

The staff (Valeria, Once and Karina) were kind and friendly. This is the most perfect sandwich ever. Place was clean and smelled as good as the sandwiches tasted. Delicious

I just ordered a sandwich...I was told the only thing on the sandwich was cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, bacon and red pepper flakes...i ask for no tomato-I get the sandwich and it is filled with some red sauce, onions all over, no cheese and very little chicken and no red pepper. I said that it was incorrect and they just looked at me as I pulled the onions and wiped the sauce out on the order counter and they just watched and said that's just how it's made. I spent $15 on this sandwich and they just looked at me and served people over the pile of crap I pulled off of the incorrect sandwich. This was the 1st and last time I will ever go to this FH.
