This location has the nastiest manager Cynthia if I heard correctly. I went in on a Monday for lunch during my work break and never received my order. When I went in I was the only customer besides my coworker. They and and two other customers after me all received their orders. When I went to ask about my sandwich I was told they were working on it, however I was then told that I couldn’t have a hot sub because the machine was broken yet they let another customer order a hot sandwich. When I asked for a refund I was only given a partial one. I went back in today to get my full refund and while it was given to me, the manager had a nasty attitude the entire time and tried arguing with me over the refund saying that I basically shouldn’t have gotten the refund. Arguing loud with me too. I would save your time and eat somewhere else.

Chris is always so friendly and helpful! Recently, I had a technical issue with my order, and he went above and beyond to assist me. He took the time to sit down with me, patiently walked me through the problem, and helped me resolve it quickly. His dedication to customer service is truly outstanding. Chris for sure makes the experience enjoyable

Very poor service and lack of attention to detail. First time visiting and it was depressing ordering, the vibe, the equipment not working and the sandwich (The Captain) mediocre to day the least. Was not impressed at all.

Tried to buy a gift card...but was told you have to pay cash. Never heard of that before. You guys lost a sale and future customer.

I only really get the Spicy Cajun Sandwich and it's the best! I went and also got cookies and brownies for cheap so if you want dinner and sweets this place should be on your radar. I called in to order my food, only took 10 mins and I was out.

I walked in, others was ordering. I was next, the young man taking my order asked what I would like, I told him the Cajun chicken. He asked what size I told him a small, then he told me how much it was going to cost. 7 dollars and something I said ok. I don't remember him explaining the price so hard to the guy order he took before mind, then I told him to give me a medium, just so he could know I have the money. He didn't ask what bread or anything else just do I want a combo. I told him no, but I will like wheat bread, extra Cajun mayo, and no tomatoes, just in case. I paid 11.57, for him to hurry up and through the sandwich together. No jalapenos, barely any onions, and no pickle. The sandwich wasn't even warm. If I would have notice all these things before driving away. I would have taken the sandwich back in there and asked for my money back. Like for what? I showed up with my hard earned money, just like everybody else, dude.
