At least subway has ghrtto vibes and makes you smell like their stinky, cheap deli meats after you eat thete. This chain is just sterile.Same as subway, but their deli meats are less stinky. Bad part is they slice it razor thin and it comes out all frilly like it's gift bag stuffing paper or something. Bread is overly sweet, overly soft and borderline indifferentiable from cake.Basically subway, but cleaner and less ghetto. Food is just as bad.

Sadie helped me out with an order I made on Uber eats about a week and a half ago. Had to call twice because I had an additional request. She was super friendly and helpful both times and the order came out exactly as requested (2 hook and ladder subs, one with no onions nor tomatoes, and Diet Coke and Sprite). Second call was for Firehouse sauce and we got plenty! It’s rare to come across such reliable and professional service. Thank you Sadie!

I like firehouse but this place messes up my order every time. And not just small things, the first time they didn't put bacon or ham on the turkey bacon ham, and this time they left a bunch of stuff on I asked them to take off, including one I am allergic to.

Servers forgot to include 2 cookies that were ordered and paid for. Store refused to issue credit over the phone and would only issue the credit if I returned to the store. Upon returning to the store, I requested a refund and the cookies to compensate me having to come back and they refused. They would only give a refund or the cookies but not both. They don't care about keeping customers happy or providing goodwill. So now they have "bad will" from me and have lost a customer.Parking: Service was awful.

Let me tell you guys, of all the sandwich spots you can go to by far Firehouse Subs are hands down the Champions! Their 10s cross the board & the Manager Ms Sadie is definitely one of a kind! I mean she makes this place sparkle on top of eating great fresh food she’s super welcoming, kind & has the best spirit you’ll ever meet! What can I say Sadie just makes you feel at home. I love Firehouse Subs & Sadie! Please give her a Raise! Amazing ????? I love Firehouse. This was the worst Firehouse I’ve ever had. Was my bread even cooked all the way? It surely wasn’t toasted. My boyfriend’s sandwich, a club, fell apart at the first bite. The meat tasted bad. Overall not good. Won’t be back. Ever.
The spicy cajun chicken was awesome im normally picky with my veggies but cleaned the plate and the freestyle machine was a definite

Just visited the Victory Meadows location and there was a very unpleasant customer causing a scene in front of everyone. Sadie and the rest of the staff handled the situation with such grace. Better than I would have! I’m going to have to visit this location again to see Sadie because it’s not often you encounter someone who is so positive and hard working!
