I was a single party that came ordered a lemonade and 1 alcoholic beverage I ordered a trifecta meal with pancakes, eggs, sausage (extra) and grits about 5 minutes after my food arrived I needed to use the restroom and I came back to someone who wasn’t my waitress throwing out all my food and my drink that I didn’t touch and I STILL had to pay for my meal even though might plate wasn’t even close to half finished

Truly what is going on with First Watch to-go orders??? I am concerned for whoever is putting these together… ordered for my office today and the “good morning pack” came with 2 portions of eggs, two portions of toast, ZERO bacon and a half empty container of potatoes. Good thing I ordered sausage on the side because otherwise they would have been eating eggs and toast. I feel like this is on me at this point because the last few orders were also completely wrong. Get it together y’all.

Kelsey is an excellent waitress! We love her, food always amazing, we came here all the time but today we are not really happy, The woman who checked us in, Michelle the manager, had a rude, unprofessional, and unfriendly attitude. We've never had an experience like that before. Arturo has been very kind the whole time we’ve eaten at this restaurant, and we missed him because he wasn't there today. She needs a more professional attitude, the way she treats us is unpleasant, and it's not the first time this has happened.
