At 1st I was very impressed with this location but it all changed this morning. I called in to place a order. And the young lady who answered the phone hung up on me and I don't exactly understand why. All I was trying to do was place a order for pickup. Hopefully I can find another location close to me that has better customer service than this location. I have walked in plenty of times but this was the first time I called in because I was running late and didn't have time to walk in. Up until this morning my impression of this location was all positive and I was thinking about giving them a 5 star review especially when I do not give out many 5 Star reviews.

We came on the Sunday after Thanksgiving... It was packed but the wait was very quick and as always the food and service by Meheret was exceptional.

Breakfast here has always been great. This is my first time to try lunch. I will not make that mistake again I went for the sandwich and salad combo The sandwich was put together with no care whatsoever. The salad look like what you would get if you took a whole bunch of old ingredients in your fridge & threw them in a bowl. Arugula was badly wilted and starting to get slimy. The romaine was freezer burned and translucent. The chicken clearly came out of the freezer because it still had ice crystals on it. Just not good overall.
