Found out about Fitos recently and have been back twice since then. The meat is seasoned well and its cooked fresh not sitting up under a light. Great service as well. A must try if you are in Dallas!

Everything is tasty but in the afternoon because I bought at noon and they told me that they were spinning top but no I know them well they were marinated meat and cold you know give them time but keep selling what is really don't lie because if they don't look bad with the public

Rate occasion were I didn't take pictures because we were too busy devouring the deliciousness tahta were the tacos. My husband declared their charro beans to be the best of the DFW. Will have to return. Loved their tamarind margaritas for happy hour. Thanks to Pepe and everyone else who helped make our visit an unforgettable one. Bonus: plenty of parking.

PÉSIMO SERVICIO! me salió un pelo en la comida les mande fotos y muchos mensajes aparte llamadas y aún no me pueden dar una solución! es terrible y asqueroso que claro que ya no nos comimos los tacos. Deben mejorar el servicio así como la atención al cliente. Es asqueroso

The customer service could definitely be better and I waited over 30 minutes for three tacos more than likely will not be back to this location.

This place defines TexMex culinary standards. Easily the best place to start with Mexican cuisine with a wide variety of dishes, including Tortas to Tacos and to even catfish

My only turnoff was the lack of a refill option. I enjoy having my Agua de Horchata as they’re made from genuine ingredients. But having it cost the same price I payed for the drink initially sounds outlandish. Having that refill option, on top of an added tip would have shown my positive experience dining in.

The tacos are amazing here but in good conscience, I cannot continue to support the place. I have never been so disrespected as I have in this establishment.

There is a portly woman with extreme black hair and blonde chunk highlights that is there often and anytime I show up, I am sure that I am not going to receive decent customer service.

Once, I walked into the place, I was the only one there and she was addressing something with her POS system. I waited patiently yet she did not acknowledge me whatsoever. Once she was done rebooting the system I thought for sure I would be greeted and allowed to order but instead, she acted like I wasn't there and went and got her purse from under the counter and proceeded to apply hand sanitizer and then sat down as if I were invisible. Strike one...I wasn't going to say anything because that day I really wanted those tacos.

Soon after, I took a co-worker there and when I saw the woman there I told her... Oh no, that's the terrible woman I told you about. No, She was nice as could be and it made me look insane

Today I went alone to the establishment and walked right past her outside while she was talking to an older gentleman who seems to be on her shift often. They both saw me walk in but made no effort to come inside to take my order. I gave them 5 minutes before I decided that I was no longer going to take their blatant disregard. I left the establishment and walked right past them on my way out and then the woman eyeballed me as I drove past them. Then she proceeded into the restaurant.

I have no idea what this woman could possibly have against me. I am an elderly woman smartly dressed and usually coming from my corporate job for the same three trompo tacos to go. And, what really hurts is that I always leave a tip for a to-go order.

Anyway, I won't be returning to Fito's. I give up! They're not the only game in town. I am sick of that woman's disrespect and lack of customer service. They're acting like they're the only game in town when in fact there are plenty of places to get tacos. I'm driving two exits down to go back to Chilango's. I think they are the best anyway.
