Super nice morning crew. They made a mistake on my burger and fixed the situation immediately and then some. It was three guys but their good attitude and smiles made up for the missing two guys. (Joke)

Team work makes the dream work I went in they had a bit of a line. We all know what goes through our head when we see a long lines. Nope this team knocked it out the ball park I wasn't in there no longer than 5 to 7 minutes tops. Yes that's from order to served so your food is hot and ready to go. Keep up the good work.

Fries were half raw. Burger was cold cause yall assemble the bread and then cook the meat. Cheese wasn’t melted cause bread was cold. If you all fix these issues it’ll be better. Five Guys is too expensive to give away mediocre food it feels like a rip off.

I won’t degrade ur restaurant, but I feel like action should be taken against an alleged employee of your establishment. I found the joke to be very disrespectful to be joking about that type of thing and I hope you handle this situation accordingly. Have a good day. I will delete once action is taken. Thank you!

On 8/25/25 at approximately 9:23 PM, I called regarding an issue with my order. I had purchased two bacon cheeseburgers, but both arrived without bacon, and the add-ons I selected were also missing.

When I called to resolve the matter, Andrew the night manger was extremely unprofessional. Stating he would not speak with me because he had “already talked to someone about it.” While I was still on the line, I also heard him cursing in the background.

This behavior is unacceptable, especially from a manager. Not only was my order incorrect, but the disrespectful response made the experience worse.

I am requesting that this incident be reviewed, that the service issue be addressed.

Unfortunately, I came to This location last night and ordered a patty for me and my husband and I asked for my patty melt/grilled cheese to be toasted well but they gave it to me not even toastedMy bread was super white. And I also asked for my fries to be cooked a little bit longer. I received soggy floppy fries. Was super unhappy With the food I received. And I know how five guys burgers are made. I was a certified trainer for three years for five guys, and that was probably the worst burger I’ve ever gotten gotten. Also, the workers were cursing on the line very loud. Made my experience at five guys not very great. And don’t get me wrong I love five guys. The burgers are delicious. I know the quality. So it was very disappointing to get this from this location. If I was a secret shopper, they would’ve failed. Hopefully, you guys can improve.
Saddest thing is I even left a tip and I don’t even think they deserved it.

Unfortunately, this location is consistently unresponsive in customer service, inaccurate in order fulfillment, and overall demonstrates a lack of competency in restaurant procedures (timeliness, friendliness, and general care of customers). Five Guys is an excellent organization, but this location is a poorly managed example of the name Five Guys has worked so hard to establish. Would not recommend.

Went there 07/22/2025 for my pick up order at 4:49 pm and the employee was cleaning the sign inside and she kept looking at me and I didn't get my order that I paid for as I had to leave due to this bad behavior. I won't go there anymore and will never recommend this place to anyone .
