They have OK burgers and for these quality and tazste, price is so high. In Dallas you have a lot of better options.

Their soda machine ran out of ice on both machines, also when you press the button for soda to come out, there is black goo that comes out.
I asked the manager to put ice on the machines , he never did. So I paid for a large drink & tipped.
I walked out with no drink & just a burger. Not a good experience & won't be returning here.
If you want a good experience, please dont come here.

You can tell the employees dont care about anything but to get your food & get you out of there.
They close at 12am. I asked if they planned on putting ice on the 2 machines. They said no... So for 2hrs your just not going to have ice for customers?
This place needs a major change in staff & customer service.
I can have the health administration come here & rate it a c- just alone for the black goo that comes out the machines.
I assume they dont want to spend money on cleaning & servicing the soda machines, so they just let the customers suffer with the dirty machines...
This place will be reported to health & food services.

They forgot my order so I ended up waiting at least 25-30 minutes. the food and service sucked
Great reception fabulous lady taking the order made us smile and shared the experience of looking at the drawings on the board from afar. Great Wimpy from Popeye drawing up there and looked like green lantern or Aquaman, and Bob's burgers. The whole crew was having a good time burger was made to order. One guy cleaning the windows and meticulous cleaning of the chairs in the restaurant. Even at the end they sent us off with a nice goodbye. Great crew 12/28/25 at 12:45 pm. We enjoyed the food the service and will be back when in the area.

Nice, clean, and fast. Unfortunately we drove 30 minutes just to get a wrong order. Made it home and order was incorrect. No biggie called asked for management they took care of the situation fast and smoothly said come on back. Got a fresh and correct order management did the right thing to make our craving an enjoyable one. A+++++ service. Fresh burger and fries. Our doggies enjoyed the other wrong order patties Ty.

The place was nice, clean, and well-organized. The crew was attentive and friendly, and you can really tell they work well together. The manager was excellent very respectful with his team and even took a moment to let customers know about the new updated hours, which I appreciated.
They need make dude with the dreads a manager or give em a promotion and a raise be seeing flip burgers the fryer milkshakes cash register and dd orders all at the same time while everyone else move like a turtle and he always polite

Team work makes the dream work I went in they had a bit of a line. We all know what goes through our head when we see a long lines. Nope this team knocked it out the ball park I wasn't in there no longer than 5 to 7 minutes tops. Yes that's from order to served so your food is hot and ready to go. Keep up the good work.
