My best friend and I try to go to the Flying Fish once a month since it reminds us of where we grew up in Florida. When we do we either go to the one in Plano, near my home or in Coppel, sorta near her home. There was a coupon for the Addison location, which is closer to my friend, so we tried it. The food was good as usual, but the person who took our order at the counter was just not as personable as the people in Plano and Coppel. We just didn't get that warm and fuzzy...
We visited this place for the first time and loved it so much we went back a few days later.
First visit we tried the tilapia tacos which come with a pretty hefty bed of rice and beans. The sauce on the tilapia is light and refreshing. The ceviche was finger-licking good; spicy with robust flavors. My son had ordered the chicken fingers with fries. The fingers were a pretty good size. The kids meals come in a very cute boat and include a hush puppy.
