Flying Saucer Draught Emporium

I can't say enough good things about my experience here. First and foremost, the bartender, Perla, was friendly, knowledgeable, and the service was amazing. The pretzel and mimosas were perfect for my early morning flight. Prices are what you expect at an airport restaurant, and worth it for this experience. Definitely recommend! Thank you for a great experience!

Great selection of beers. If Jesus is working seat in his section. He's the real mvp, hands down. I've never seen anyone multi task like him!

This is quite literally the worst burger I’ve ever been served, but somehow the food wasn’t even the worst part. The staff was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. The woman working the bar openly talked badly about customers the entire time, and the older male server with her barely acknowledged us and had absolutely no manners. Between the two of them, we got maybe three words of service the entire visit.

For how ridiculously expensive this place is, the experience was embarrassing. Bad food is one thing, but terrible attitudes from people who clearly hate working with customers makes it even worse.

The only decent employee there was the younger guy with the longer hair working around 2:50 PM on May 9th. He was the only person who acted like he belonged in hospitality.

Management seriously needs to reevaluate the environment they’re allowing there because this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. Especially after a long day of traveling hire better people!!!

Avoid this place. Crazy overpriced for the food quality. Ordered two ice teas, a salad, a burger, and some chicken tenders. Burger was flavorless, chicken tenders were more bread than meat, and the lettuce in the salad was slimy. Our ticket tallied a little over $100.00 before tip. We were really excited to try this place since we used to go to the one in Austin, TX (before it closed) and was definitely let down by the experience. The bartender who waited on us really did seem like he was trying his best and was attentive, but nothing could salvage the poor food.

The beer selection is excellent and the burger and fires were very tasty. There was plenty of room around the table for my luggage and backpack.

24.00 mimosa is robbery. Literally go to any other bar at DFW unless you unlimited amount of money to spend at the d20 gate. I said wow and she said welcome to Dfw. So yeah. No thanks.

Older male server wearing a hat needs to sort his attitude out. Most shocking experience, before we even ordered a drink.

Policy is to ‘please sit yourself’, with only dirty tables available the three of us sat ourselves at a booth that just opened up, and sat out of the way for it to be cleared rather than taking up the small space staff are walking through with our luggage. Then were scolded by this server for sitting at a dirty table.

Whether you’re frustrated with your customers or not, it’s highly unprofessional and unbelievably rude to voice it directly to them. We obviously left straight away.

Filthy place anyways.

Sat at the bar and had two draft beers and the jalepeño burger. Beer selection was diverse, burger was excellent, fries were fries.

Jeannine was running the bar and she was wonderful, so attentive!

Sorry, but $14.00 for a 20oz beer is insane. I understand it’s an airport, but at that price, it is blatantly price-gouging. Also, prices listed beside food items but not drinks - something to hide?

The burger here was very good but what out the service over the top was the bartender. Perla was my server and she was fantastic in every way. If you come her I would strongly recommend sitting at the bar because she was fantastic.

I was asked to move because I was a single guest, that shouldn't matter because if you get a group who's to say you will get tipped. Secondly I order the hummus and it said it came with a salad, all I got was a couple cucumbers and 3 tomatoes. The hummus was bland and no flavors at all. Not a very experience for the cost.
