My sisters and their friends and I were highly disappointed with the service at this establishment. We were having a good time when my sister and her friend accidentally dropped a glass and her purse. We had a lot of drinks still on our table which caused us to drop a thing or two. The manager told the waitress to stop serving us and we asked to speak to him and he came out saying the same thing she said and responded saying he is not worried about the other tables only ours but says he's not singling is out but that's exactly what he did. We will not be coming back here again!

I usually have a great time at Frankie's. I came with a group and we were having a great time until the manger Fisher said we had to leave because he could not serve us. Our table was full because we kept ordering and glasses were not taken. The establishment was full but some how my table the only African Americans were asked to leave. We paid the ENTIRE TAP. Even left the server a nice tip but I will NEVER come here again. This has been my place to come for happy hour but some how my service is no longer wanted ???.

We were at the convention center for a volleyball tournament and this place was able to get our team in (about 25 people). We had a front section all to ourselves so that was nice. The decor and feel of the location was nice. We had one waitress for our group but she did a great job managing the separate tickets and getting us taken care of. The kitchen was a bit slow but that’s expected when we arrive as a group. The lodes queso was excellent and so were the burgers. Anything will grilled or blackened chicken however was gross. The chicken breasts taste and smell like they were boiled first, then grilled or blackened.Kid-friendliness: Acceptable for kids

So it's kinda hard to rate this place fairly but I'm gonna do it on a curve. We were gathered for a conference mixer, and we had the entire bottom floor to ourselves buffet style. Arrival was good. We were greeted at the door and sent on through. First floor was full when we got there by the way.The downstairs was nice. Wide open space, with lots of TV's and a pool table area. So, we grab a table and hit the app buffet. Wings, nachos, charachi board, meat balls, fancy pizza that appeared to have a tad of bbq sauce and a drizzle of honey. That was pretty darn good. Food was good and open bar was nice. There was a ton of us and it was pretty much an everyone for themselves. What I will say is, as overwhelmed as the wait staff was, they never lost their composure. They were super attentive, helpful and courteous. I would definitely be back for the regular menu. Sorry, didn't catch any photos.

This review is exclusively for service and cleanliness ONLY, since I didn't ever have a food menu item . . . although I certainly did try. I enjoy visiting sports bars in major cities that have love for their local team(s) and had researched this location online and the reviews led me to believe I'd enjoy it. I sat at the bar, which was less than one-third full, and I cleared away some of the things that were left by the previous person at that seat. All of the available seating I saw was in the same condition, but I would deal with it. During the twenty-three minutes I was seated, there was zero recognition of my presence to even start my time with a beer (or anything). Seems the bartender was so preoccupied with the kitchen errors arriving at the bar that I was low priority. Two separate meals were brought out (one being a very delicious looking burger) but then they realized that the diners had departed. Perhaps they'd become frustrated with the seemingly pathetic service as well. When the second meal was being returned to the kitchen, the doors to that area remained open long enough for me to let out a gasp due to the sight of the kitchen where they prepare meals, including the one I'd hope to eventually order. Nope, not gonna happen. I departed and went to another location I'd also researched, and ended up loving it. I do hope this was a fluke, but I will not be returning to find out. I do not in any way recommend this sports bar based on my disappointing personal experience.

Alexis was a great server. At no time did I have any issues with service other than I couldn't take her home. Very cute, very hospitable. 10/10 would recommend .

Do not come here. I had to spend $100 on food and we had to wait 2 hours for the food to come and it was so loud me and my Husband had to communicate by texting and the bathroom had poop everywhere on the floor and the smell was unbearable and the sinks didn't work and finally when we got our food it tasted so bad that I almost puked. When I left the restaurant the workers got mad at me for not eating my food and they forced me to leave a $100 tip so I spent a total of $200 never come here it is a waste of time and money

Please read before ordering , potential gratuity exploit. My wife and I visited this restaurant today, and we asked to scan their online menu. We ordered two burgers, sides, and drinks. The order was placed at 9:50 pm, and my credit card was pre-authorized at the same time. I spent maybe 30 minutes after receiving the food on the table. I asked for the check around 10:20ish, and instead of a paper bill, I was told the total amount. I gave my credit card, and the handheld device prompted me to pay a tip, which I did. I felt some anomaly in the bill, so I asked for a paper bill. After waiting for 10 minutes, I finally received it. I noticed that a 20% gratuity was charged in the initial payment. The server left, and did not return for 10-15 minutes. Finally, the manager showed up, and I asked why they didn’t inform me about the 20% gratuity charge initially. She said all late-night orders are charged 20%. I inquired what constitutes late night, as all transactions occurred after 10. It's not about the order placed, but any invoice raised after 10 attracts an automatic 20% gratuity. Again, I questioned why the handheld device prompted me to pay a tip if gratuity was already included. The manager said that's how late night works. I asked where they mentioned this gratuity in the menu, and she showed me it was on the paper menu, but it was barely noticeable in light yellow under the ambient light of the restaurant. I am doubtful whether employees are really benefiting from this. I wish to take this matter further
