The food was good but the portions were small since I purchased a Monster Bowl. The prices are a bit high compared to Chipotle and could use a little more variety. The service was kinda mediocre…no greeting when I came in and the girl at the register seemed to have an attitude so that made the entire experience very subpar. In all, I don’t think the price I paid which was $24 for a monster bowl was not it.

The doors outside were nasty. Inside the tubs were empty. Didn’t have no food the tubs. The tubs area was nasty needed cleaning. I can’t eat here, just filthy store. Don’t eat here. Might get food

They absolutely cannot handle a dinner rush at all. I have ordered ahead multiple times and every time they’re overwhelmed and have an awful to go system. The station to pick up is literally useless because it’s directly next to the register but apparently makes you invisible.

Every time I come into this location it’s an exceptional experience. Always greeted warmly by smiling staff. The food is always delicious and they are so quick. The general manager Kyle is always going above and beyond for me and my daughter when we come in on Saturdays, he is so kind and helpful!

I appreciated the guy looking out for me on my order after his co worker did not secure the lid on my order and spilled all out in my car. He made it right. I will be back, (checking my lids tho)

I used to love coming here when I was younger. I decided to order through the app and arrived at the time it said it would be ready. When I arrived they hadn’t even started making my order. The workers looked miserable and had 0 customer service. My order was missing ingredients that I requested on the app and the bowl itself had zero salt, the chicken was mushy and very bad quality, the lettuce looked old and not fresh. The guacamole was brown. This was an awful experience.

This was really bad. I mean really really bad. The rice had the consistency of mashed potatoes, the chicken tasted like it had been reheated in the microwave. I wanted to throw it away. And I’m a Gen X guy and we were taught not to throw away food because of starving children in other countries. I still threw it away. I really don’t know what happened to this place. I know that Freebirds brand at one time was a really really good brand. They came up from Austin and I was really excited. That’s definitely not the case in this place. I mean these are management type problems. You don’t serve ingredients like that to People. Freebirds, you really need to do something about this.

As a diabetic, I must highly recommend this restaurant, because they offer tortillas with low carbs, something that is difficult to find, even though there are millions of diabetics in this country! Kudos to the staff and management of this organization for considering the health of others.Dietary restrictions: Low carb tortillas offered as an option...

The food was good and the staff was decent and patient. They were also busy. i just wish they would have told us upfront how much the "extras" were that you add to your burritos. Like the papas, they had been sitting out for a while (obviously) and I got charged extra for those. They weren't that good on the burrito, a little hard but luckily it didn't detract from the overall burrito experience too much.I also upgraded the size of my burrito and purchased the birria (a "limited-edition" burrito). The upgrading to the monster size was straightforward. My burrito ended up costing over $20, something that I wasn't happy about.My partner had the burrito bowl and some chips. Overall the experience was a good one.Parking: This is located in a shopping center. We went at a busy time, around 5:45 - 6 pm. It was hard to find parking. There are other restaurants in the shopping center in addition to stores.

Had a wonderful experience dining here. Kyle was very helpful and gave his best suggestion on what would be good to add to our food. Service and cleanliness was so amazing, it made us want to dine in instead of leaving. Thank you Kyle and everyone who worked tonight. You’re all amazing!

It was a little weird for me to get a kid's meal but i didn't have enough for the normal meal. ? Taylor was so nice and i liked her customer service. She didn't judge me and she seemed happy to help me. I enjoyed my little meal and was very satisfied after. ?

Awful service. Mediocre food. Came a second time and service was slightly better but had no condiments stocked. Bathrooms were horrible and out of paper. Told manager and they shrugged their shoulders. Chain restaurants don't care. Especially this one.
