Consistently does not open/close at advertised times.

Not sure what their name was, but whoever was working closing shift today was super respectful, courteous, and friendly. 10/10 service, give that guy a raise.

I was greeted as I walked into the lobby.
The burrito maker was very helpful in describing what was offered.
The serving was excellent, and very filling.
The manager, Ryan, came out introduced himself and asked me if everything was to my liking.
Another employee offered to remove my trash for me.
It was a very pleasurabledining experience.

Lol watch out for this older black guy pretty tall .. idk if he’s the manager or just lead cook … he tried to get over on me twice.. I let him slide the first time but not the second time … over charging me for a free bird when I usually get the same thing every time…. He see me with my Valet shirt on now he wanna charge me $16.90 for a freebird .. when my prices is usually $11.90 😂.. he’s bad for business

Visited from out of state for the this time this past weekend. Food was great, service was even better. The employee gave me free dessert since it was my first time as well. Let me know when you expand to Illinois 😗

The food did taste good but not great. Our team ordered mostly the big bowls, but they were not filled like what we had before. So I asked to have them only charge me for regular bowls, which they did. Not sure what the difference was other than I ordered in person instead of online. May try it again.

I ordered Takeout.

The food was OLD (rice and chicken) and I literally ordered within a 10 minute distance. The food came 20 minutes after I placed the order so I am 100% sure that it was old food. The guacamole was EXPIRED and highly acidic. I will never in my life order from here again.

Online orders only. You cannot walk in and place an order. Employees standing around while customers wait order online. Food is made in the back so you no longer see what you are getting.
