The service is 5-star!The menu is, well let’s say the menu is boring. Corporate needs a professional chef to come in and redesign their menu options :/I like all the ingredients, healthy and fresh options, but I was half-way done with my bowl and I remember thinking how boring/bland the flavors were. If I had the same ingredients at home, the dish I would make would taste much better.For the price, and my tastebud experience, not worth it. Won’t return until I’ve heard about some kind of menu change. There are better bowl-style restaurant options out there

My neighborhood Freshii is the first one Ive ever been to and ever since moving to Victory Park Ive spent way too much money because I find myself here almost everyday! From the clean inviting atmosphere, to the great people preparing the awesome/very healthy food, this place is 5 stars no question!! Would recommend any day!

The food here is disgusting, I had the chicken in my bowl and it looked like tofu! No seasoning at all and tasted like cardboard. Wouldn’t come back.

i really like this location! the quality of food is really good. prices aren't too bad either. it's also dog friendly ! only downfall is there is a bad smell to the store. I've gone a few times and it has a weird odor. other than that, I really like it!

Visited this location a few times now. Everything i've tried was delicious. Dulce has been so kind and patient every time i come in with my crazy dietary restrictions. Definitely recommend this place for healthy meals!

We stopped at Freshii in Dallas for lunch. The staff were very friendly and the food was yummy. The only thing, which is happening more and more frequently at restaurants is the... portion sizes, particularly when it comes to protein options. We each paid to add protein to our bowls but when the food came, it was about 4 bites of chicken. This disappointment is why we will probably not chose to eat a freshii again.

This is the best place to eat veggies and rice bowls and they people that work there are so awesome as well go freshii's!!!!

This location is the worst. Several times, including today, I have requested extra sauce through the app and have gotten absolutely no sauce even though it's part of the bowl. Have scheduled pickups for certain times and have gotten there 30 minutes later with it not having been started yet and told I'd have to wait an additional 15 minutes. Too expensive for the staff to be this lazy.

Came by yesterday for lunch because my boyfriends parents were staying at the W. We ordered a total of 2 teriyaki bowls, 2 market salad wraps, a Tex mex burrito, and a Tex mex bowl. We also got some chips, chia seed cup, and some beverages with our lunch. The employees didn't look very happy when we asked for a spoon for the chia seed cup we got and when we asked for extra napkins. The service was kind of slow and the food was mediocre. My boyfriends Tex mex bowl was drenched in Greek yogurt making it very wet, it was hard to eat. And my teriyaki bowl was flavorless and not very good. The chia seed cup was pretty good and everyone seemed to think the others were ok. We spend over a little $100, very overpriced for what we got. It would have been different if the food was actually good. Won't be back.
