A few colleagues and I decided to order for Freshii for a recent working lunch as they were close by and we wanted something quick. The Freshii is located in the Plaze of the America's food court so it is very casual and you sit with others from other restaurants or take it to-go. I do appreciate that they provide nutritional information so you know what you're getting. I decided to customize a bowl from Freshii with the following makeup: - Rice Noodles - 3 x Broccoli - 3 x Cabbage - Chicken - Teriyaki Sauce When the bowl arrived, I have to admit it looked good but for the price.. I was shocked at how little chicken was actually present. All of my team members had the same reaction. My bowl was $18+ and was not packed with meat. While the flavor was good and this could be considered a healthy option, I wouldn't order this again with such a high price.

I just purchased a salad with chocken. I will consider thos a treat because never again will I do this at chain of restaurants. For the ungodly amount I spent, everything should be the freshest. The avocado was very disappointing. Not nice firm slices but a mushy half of an avacado. Who thinks that is acceptable? Never again.A disappointed downtown Dallas customer

Found this place through Uber eats and decided to dine in. This is my new go to spot. The food is very fresh and delicious. Great portion sizes. The service is great. All the employees are extremely friendly. Definitely give this place a try.

Depending on the day you might get enough food to feed a toddler others an adult. For 13.00 a bowl I should get at least enough food to make the bowl appear full ( should have took picture before I mixed it up ) at this location they aren’t really friendly but anything with veggies are good so they win when it come to taste /quality.

5 times out of 10 our order is correct. We ordered today for lunch, they didn't include my chips which I'm sure I over payed for, my wrap tortilla was old, broke apart easily and hard on one end. My employee got a Bacon and cheddar melt, the bacon seemed like bacon bits, the cheese wasn't even melted. On line it shows grill marks on the outside, which this one was cold and apparently not pressed. This visit was just an all around bad experience. I don't not enjoy leaving bad feedbacks but after the 7th time having issues I just had to do this.
