I had a bad experience I went today at 9:30pm a girl with glasses that help me and my husband was completely rude. I had order a biónico in the picture it showed the medium plate had 3 different type of fruit and yogurt with marshmallow granola gummy bears and chocolate the girl with the glasses only put the yogurt and the fruit I asked her for the rest of the stuff how the picture showed and she was completely rude and told me she didn’t had any of them. My husband order a corn in a cup and elote the big one and it wasn’t even all the way up it was almost half way never going back again.

Kinda expensive and taste like a high school fundraiser snow cone. Kind of mediocre

This is the ONLY place I go to for the strawberries and creme with granola OMG!!! I live outside of Dallas, so my drive is usually really far, and I will make the drive because they're THE BEST!!! I've tried so many and nobody got it as perfect! The service and freshness of the fruit is definitely unmatched 😋 🎯✅️💯

The menu is pretty much the same but with different names, and everything is extra, so at some point you don’t know if you’re getting the same dish but pricier and with a different name. They don’t have all the fruits as listed in the pictures available. The fruit is not cut into eatable pieces. The have poor A/C, making it to stuffy to eat there.

Service is bad… and I speak Spanish. They ask a question to then ignore me. I left and didn’t give them my service. All I wanted was some fruit.

Rude customer service and their fruit quality is not as good as it once was.

I recently visited your store with a group of five people. We purchased three aguas frescas, and while we were excited to support your business, the customer service experience left us feeling a bit uncomfortable.

The staff member who helped us seemed rushed, and made a comment—“Only 3 waters for the 5 of you?”—that felt unnecessary and a bit judgmental. While I understand it might have been said casually, it made us feel unwelcome and undervalued as customers.

We truly enjoy your products and want to continue supporting your business, but a more warm and respectful approach would go a long way in creating a better customer experience. Thank you for your time and for considering this feedback.

Atmosphere is dangerous, homeless ppl walking around, we went on a Sunday evening,it was a group of 15 of us and we all purchase an item, we spent over $300 and one of the kids needed to use the restroom, the 2 ladies working there said they didn't had a restroom and said if they allowed the kids to use the restroom she would get in trouble with the boss, I hope the boss is reading this review and I just want you to know we will NEVER go back to any of the fruterias cano.

When you order a fresa con crema the strawberries are whole. Don’t expect to have them cut. Couldn’t enjoy it because I was struggling to bite the strawberry into chewable pieces. It was $8 btw

This place used to be good. But now it is not. I had bought some ice cream from here. 1 frozen mango on a stick cost $4!
I can get ice cream in garland for $0.75!
On top of that, the ice cream tasted absolutely horrible. Like vomit. Tasted like vomit. I had acid reflux from the ice cream and it was not a pleasant taste.
I’ve been here several times before and never had an issue or problem with price or quality. But now it is just absolutely horrible.
The service I received was very rude. I asked a question and she didn’t even answer me. Just stared at me. I even spoke in Spanish and still no response.
I waited outside until a Hispanic person went in an when they came out I asked them what’s they were charged for their items. They told me a much cheaper price than what I had to pay.
Absolutely poor quality and con artist employees. Upcharging those that aren’t of similar race or decent.
And no I’m not being racist.
Would not recommend. Place is also infested with rats.

Walked in thinking I had found a gem. The place is clean and looks well organized. Bought agua de coco and cones for the kids along with a couple slices of cake. Paid and left returned shortly asking to be sold 2 cups of ice. It’s 103 today lady in front said we don’t sale cups of ice. I can sell you a snow cone but it would be full price as a business owner you don’t leave money on the counter. There wasn’t a soul in the business at the time I thought I had found my new fruit shop but I want be returning.
