We ordered delivery tonight. We didn’t get our fries and two drinks. I called to work out how to fix this, refund or replacement later. I spoke to Melissa. They sounded very busy so when she asked me to hold I told her to take her time. I own a restaurant so I understand. When she got on the phone I told her very politely we were missing items. She was on speakerphone while my whole family was at the table and she said, “Well I don’t know what to tell you”. We were shocked....read full review
