Fuku is a ghost kitchen by Dave Chang that can only be ordered on food delivery apps and has no public facing restaurant. I had been wanting to try Fuku for a while after being a long time Chang fan, and was excited to finally get the chance. I ordered the spicy Sando and fries which was tasty. The one downside of food delivery is that food does not always get to you super fresh and my fries turned a bit soft and cold by the time I received them.
