I went to this place for the 2nd time and I would have to say. My husband and I really enjoyed the food, customer service was amazing from all employees. The daughter (not sure of her name) built rapport with us as we waited for the food, along with her brother. This is what makes a great customer experience. Wonderful people, amazing customer service and overall great experience. I will recommend!!!

They gave customers in front us fresh powered funnel and gave us old powered and half cooked funnel cake, I’m disappointed I was told this was a good spot but I’ve been proven completely wrong. Never coming back to spend my money here. And I’m slightly offended, The lady was all nice and friendly with the other customers and barely spoke to us.

I enjoyed my visit to Funnel Cake Paradise. I ordered the Strawberry Funnel Cake with Whipped Cream. It was hot, fresh, and fried to perfection. The workers were friendly, and my order came out quickly. They have a vast menu with various types of funnel cakes, ice cream, and other specialty desserts. I would definitely recommend!

funnel cake is fantastic, service is absolutely abhorrent. lady yelled at me for completing my own order when she was fine to ignore us and there was no indication that we were not to type on the ipad to complete the order-- its not uncommon to do it at other restaurants, yet this woman saw fit to YELL at me for it! don't even get me started on the multiple roaches we saw. i hate leaving a bad review on a small business, but this was unacceptable and unprofessional.
edit: to the owner responding, I'm very glad to hear that you're taking this issue seriously and validating my experience by outright telling me it didn't happen. someone at your store that works there DID yell at me, it attracted everyone in the restaurant's attention, and it was very embarrassing. I will say it was not the 15-year-old young lady, it was someone else but I really hope you don't treat all your customers this way.

The menu is incredible, with so many creative toppings to choose from. Whether you’re a traditionalist who loves powdered sugar and syrup or someone who wants to go all out with strawberries, whipped cream, and chocolate drizzle, they’ve got you covered. I tried the s’mores funnel cake, and it was a perfect balance of crispy, gooey, and sweet.
The staff is super friendly, and you can tell they put love into every order. The portions are generous, and the prices are totally reasonable for the quality and experience.
The atmosphere is fun and welcoming, making it a great spot for families, date nights, or just a sweet treat with friends. This is hands-down the best funnel cake I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be back—and bringing everyone I know!

My boyfriend and I came here because we were craving something sweet and this was one of the first things that popped up, well I am happy it did! This funnel cake is bigger and better than the one at the State Fair! It was cheaper too and the woman at the register was sweet and food came out efficiently. Definitely would come again
