So my first time here was two weeks ago, and I’ve now been back 3 times. The manager Simone is top tier, she has the absolute best customer service. When I came in and asked for a breakfast sandwich there was a small issue of how to ring it up and Simone stepped in handled everything. She even went to the kitchen to explain how I wanted the sandwich. She and her team checked on us multiple times. I’ve yet to find another place that has this level of customer service. I’ve never stayed at the virgin hotel but if this is a preview of what it’s like, I will be booking soon.

Coffee shop is Valet only... they do not validate and the parking garage is also Valet only $20 for another man to park my car 10 feet away for a coffee is crazy. Done with everyone doing valet only especially when they parking is 70% empty

Loved it here. Very kind staff and a chill atmosphere that's easy to either work in or hang with friends. Wish they were open late. I'd stay all day.

Overall the atmosphere of the cafe was wonderful with beautiful low lighting and decor. Staff was generally kind, However, anything good I have to say about this cafe ends there, as their drinks are abysmal. The matcha was still powdery, watered down, yet still 7 dollars. Overall, if you visit, bring your own drinks lol

Best raspberry croissant I’ve ever had and loved the big comfy chair. Sat and read a book for hours! Fed my soul

Very nice cafe. Good for studying. They have USB outlets at most seats. I went in a Sunday morning and people were well dressed

The matcha I got from here was absolutely terrible. I ordered the peach mango matcha, and it tasted so chalky and watered down. I think the drinks from here are overpriced, and made poorly. I wouldn’t recommend

It’s too loud they need to tone the music way down or scrap it overall can’t function there!
Atalia (I hope I spelled that right) was super sweet and made me and my boyfriend incredible custom drinks! Super cool decor and not too expensive :)
I was here 2 or so months ago meeting with colleagues, and was at the barista bar trying to figure out what to order as a hot drink. I mentioned to the young man (Jeremy) who was serving that I have food sensitivities and, I must say, I've never experienced a server showing such concern and kindness about what I was about to consume. He asked smart questions and told me he wanted to make sure I didn't have any unpleasant reactions, saying that he has friends with sensitivities so he's aware how much they can affect a person. In the midst of a very busy cafe, JEREMY LISTENED. I wonder how many people nowadays really do that: stop and listen. It stood out as one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. He definitely deserves to be recognized for showing such empathy and care about his customers. If I'm ever at the Funny Library again, I'll be looking for Jeremy to serve my next hot drink and hoping he's working that day. Also, the overall atmosphere and aesthetics of the cafe are pretty amazing.
Friendly staff and great atmosphere to work. Integrated outlets on community conference table. Great music too! Located inside Virgin Hotels lobby to the left.
Thoroughly enjoyed my visit
