Aug 17 I placed and order but didn't realize it was sending me to the wrong location since I was at my moms who lives in downtown. I live in North Dallas. I realize once it give me the order time but there is no where to cancel order. I place my order at N. Central expressway where I live and pick up my food. Called next day was supposed to get my refund up to now 08/21 I still don't have it. Call them and lady had no customer service respect and really showed didn't care about my refund. She started off this way, first of all I have never had someone not cancel their order the same day and went off telling me how it works and what I should of done because this food order is closed and food was made. I recorded all the call so when I don't get it this time I will go into it deeper. Yes I started to raise my voice and told her I don't want to hear what you think or how I should of done it. She has no idea what I was going through that night. I left my moms from an emergency worked all day and didn't get to eat until the next day. Yes im upset she didn't day im sorry we haven't refuned you let me see what I can do. I got a lecture of how And why I didn't call for my refund the same day. I had to tell her several times maam I never picked up my food. You can call the other location to ask and they will confirm i ordered same thing and pick up around the same time. Im not a liar and do not do wrong or be unfair. I even asked her when something is not picked up it should be noted for situations like this. But no they probably took the free food and thought I would never call to get my refund and thays probably why I haven't gotten it. She said at the end she will do her part and that is could take up to 3-5 days for my refund I get or not she did her part were her words and if she says otherwise Yes I have the recording. Just give me my refund Maria!

Legit the burrito was delicious, good price, fast. Super delicious.
Of course with the restaurant being in Deep Ellum it was a great atmosphere, but the food didn't really taste the same as other locations. I ordered the shredded beef tacos and it wasn't to flavorful at all. Although I did enjoy the new birria queso and the drinks were good. I'd still still go back because I love fuzzys, but likely stay away from the shredded beef at this location 🤷♂️
Food was great. Dined in but didn’t stay long. Staff was okay. Wasn’t rude or anything just wasn’t too welcoming but they were caring. It wasn’t a lot of traffic so their mood was just as any other person’s would be when you’re bored. The place was clean and food was great and that means a lot.

ZERO STARSSSS MUARICO & MARÍA (the GM) lack customer service to the T . I was talking to him and he hung up ! Maria refused to come talk to , I consider myself a regular because I always order from them , and the didNOT send my order in because they don’t ACCEPT callins but I place an order here on the daily.
