Of course with the restaurant being in Deep Ellum it was a great atmosphere, but the food didn't really taste the same as other locations. I ordered the shredded beef tacos and it wasn't to flavorful at all. Although I did enjoy the new birria queso and the drinks were good. I'd still still go back because I love fuzzys, but likely stay away from the shredded beef at this location đ€·ââïž
Food was great. Dined in but didnât stay long. Staff was okay. Wasnât rude or anything just wasnât too welcoming but they were caring. It wasnât a lot of traffic so their mood was just as any other personâs would be when youâre bored. The place was clean and food was great and that means a lot.

whenever i eat at this place, i never have any problems with stomach issues, but when i eat at velvets, my butt just lets it rip.

ZERO STARSSSS MUARICO & MARĂA (the GM) lack customer service to the T . I was talking to him and he hung up ! Maria refused to come talk to , I consider myself a regular because I always order from them , and the didNOT send my order in because they donât ACCEPT callins but I place an order here on the daily. Very unprofessional.

Parking: Ellum was packed. We went around 7 or so so we had to walk a few blocks. Wasnât too bad though.

We ordered from here today to be delivered for 7 people. Ordering and delivery was pretty fast. Food arrived still warm and was good for some people. I ordered the burrito bowl and it was just find no issues. However other orders were messed up. Having ingredients they didnât ask for and missing some ingredients they did ask for. Not a very good first impression. I will always give a place a second chance for better service so we will try again in the future, hopefully with better results.
