Made a reservation for 8pm on Saturday night. Arrived on time. Was seated upstairs. It is extremely loud in the upstairs dining area. Sat down and enjoyed our water for a moment and then waited. We waited for 20 mins and no wait staff came near our table or even looked at us. We quietly got up and walked out. No one noticed.

Second time here- we stumbled upon this by accident. Such a good vibe, everything is AMAZING. Handmade fresh pasta, delish calamari & great service. Lucia was SO attentive and amazing. For sure going to be regulars now

This place is amazing! They took my group of 20 for a birthday and it was fabulous. One of the managers took care of us and the food was delicious. The vibes are very calm and atmosphere is amazing!

I went on a Sunday with a couple friends for lunch. They had a phenomenal meatball appetizer, and the chicken Alfredo was bomb too! Some of the best I’ve had in Dallas. My friend said the pizza was great too! He wouldn’t let me try any if that tells you anything.

Hubby and I were meeting friends at the Truck Yard and didn’t want to eat what was available there, so we came to Gallo Nero. We took advantage of the lunch specials - hubs ordered the lasagna and I ordered the Salmon with spinach and cream sauce that came with a side of spaghetti with marinara sauce. We ordered the bruschetta as an appetizer that came with thinly sliced and toasted baguette. We will come back!

pasta was perfectly al dente and the marinara sauce tasted like it simmered all day, garlic bread was dangerously good too 🍝🇮🇹😮‍💨
