Fabulous comfort food restaurant and neighborhood gem. More commonly known for its lunchtime crowd and brunches, it is also a great dinner destination. The Frenched pork chop with red cabbage was excellent, particularly with a side of their whipped mash potatoes. Their chicken and dumplings is also an excellent choice. Give it a try!

Omg.... this is the best pancake ive had ever in my life... idk what's in it maybe its the syrup... Service was great... THIS ARE THE BEST PANCAKES YOU WILL EVER EAT, the eggs need some season salt... but overall im impressed its either a 1 or a 5 with me... I didnt have a wait because I was eating solo... didnt get a chance to check out the beautiful back... but the food is amazing... I will bring everyone I know here and it will be highly recommended...

I had the garden omelette with a side of gravy and my better half had the breakfast sandwich with fries. The veggies were fresh cut and evenly distributed with the eggs in the omelette. I added pepper-jack cheese and avocado. In summary, It was one of the best omelettes I’ve had. The french fries were amazing to say the least.
We drove from Lake Highlands, about 15 minutes away, and it was well worth it. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re visiting the Dallas area and looking for a great local restaurant give this place a try, you won’t regret it.
