The food is the only reason to come, so think twice before hosting a group dinner here ?

I’ve been here four times now with the same experience every time. Inattentive server waiting to turn over the table, almost slipping on the greasy floor, harsh lighting and loud environment. Thankfully the cuts of meat are amazing.

We’ve been to Gen BBQ many times, but this was our first time at the Dallas, TX location, and it was a good experience! The quality of the meats was good, and we loved the variety of options, from marinated beef bulgogi to spicy pork belly. The banchan (side dishes) added so much flavor to our meal, and grilling. Special thank you to our server, Victor C., for the amazing service—he was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this location...
