Absolutely terrible. Ordered twice and they still got my order wrong. Wouldn’t even pick up the phone when I called.

If you want consistently good food this is the place for you. I definitely recommend the shrimp tempura and the beef gyoza. The portion size is really good and the food is always fresh and tasty.

I got some Sushi through Uber Eats from here and it was a major let down. The fish was fine, a little watery but not too bad. The rice, however, was awful. It was more a solid white paste than rice, and on top of that it didn’t taste like sushi rice. The rolls were all warm by the time I got them as well. Huge let down for the cost of the food.

It’s a ghost kitchen and my sushi was hot. Super gross! I could have gone just around the corner for something fresher and better quality for the price I paid

I drove here to get conveyor belt sushi. This is a ghost kitchen (which is cool) but I wouldn’t have drove here on the way to a flight to order sushi. Please update your listing.

I had heard a lot of great things about this place from my coworkers and decided to try it for the first time. I ordered on Uber eats and had the Takoyaki, sushi roll and eel roll. It's usually my standard what I get at other sushi places but the food was all warm for this location. I understand the Takoyaki is warm but im used to the rolls being cold or at least room temperature. To start off, the Takoyaki was a bit soggy and not crunchy at all, the octopus pieces inside the ball weren't tender. When I took a look at the salmon roll, the salmon looked weird, as not fresh. I didn't end up finishing my meal. Other places have the salmon rolls looking nice with smooth looking pink salmon for the same price.

We have periodically ordered from here, it started off well but this time the fish was foul. We ordered 3 rolls and couldn’t eat any of them, if we ate this food we would have been sick.
Additionally, ordered the ahi tuna tower and instead of removing it from the order they just gave us some rice with crab meat and did not include any of the additional sauces we had on our order.

UPDATE (FEB. 2024) 4 STARS: It's been about a month since my last experience at Genki and my negative review. I'm pleased to say that, with my latest order, the timing issue went away and the service went back to the Genki I know and love. I'm updating my review from 1 start to 4 stars, just as a warning about the issue that I had in the past, but overall I've continued to be pleased with the food quality, pricing, ease of ordering, and pickup experience.

Genki has been a favorite of mine for some time now but after my experience two days ago, I’m not sure if I will be going back. I placed a pickup order at 11:42, with an estimated ready time of 12:02. I arrived at the ghost kitchen at 12:05 and after waiting for 10 minutes, I asked the woman at the counter how much longer my order would be. She said at least another 15 minutes, so I went home (my husband and baby were waiting in the car). My order was not completed until 12:46.
While the occasional late order is reasonable, never communicating the delay to your customer is not. At no point did I ever receive a notification that my order was delayed, an adjusted estimated ready time, or an apology for the massive delay. Completely unacceptable.

The portions were big but the quality was poor. The ginger was an unnatural pink color. The wasabi sauce was plain inedible. I will not be coming back.

Ordered food from this establishment the entire order was not fresh. Everything stale and old. Very disappointing. Do not waste your money.
Quality and price match relatively well, never had a problem with freshness. However the tuna I’ve been served never seems to be great, just alright. Salmon is my go to fish with this place.
