Went here tonight and had what had to be the worst service I have ever received. No idea what was going on with our server but she came to our table probably 6 times forgetting something every single time. There were four of us and every single one of us ordered food and a drink and it took her six trips and probably 45 minutes to finally bring our friend her drink. There was probably 3 tables in the entire place. I still tipped 20% but it was embarrassingly bad service.

Aka Pulp Fiction 🥰 We stepped inside and immediately felt like we were in a scene from Pulp Fiction. Immediately feeling like our cool points had gone up a level. The drink menu was fabulous as well. This speak easy spoke VOLUMES!!! Definitely going back.

Absolutely loved our experience at Palma and the Ghost Donkey lounge inside. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted immediately before we even had a chance to sit down. The atmosphere is stunning with a dark, speakeasy vibe, gorgeous multicolor lights across the ceiling, and elegant chandelier style lighting over the bar that makes the whole space feel upscale and inviting.
The bartender was fantastic, super friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. He helped us choose mezcal cocktails and made them right in front of us within seconds. Both drinks were smooth, well balanced, and beautifully presented with dehydrated citrus garnishes. You can really tell care goes into the cocktails here.
We ordered the sushi nachos and they were incredible. Fresh, flavorful, and presented perfectly. The portion size was generous enough that we ended up ordering a second round because they were that good. Even as the bar got busier, service stayed fast and attentive.
The music, lighting, cleanliness, food, drinks, and service all came together perfectly. Everything felt intentional and well done. Easily one of the best lounge experiences we have had. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely be back.

This was our first time here and it did not disappoint! The food, drinks, and atmosphere were amazing. Our server, Ozzy, was one of the best we’ve ever had. He went above and beyond for us and was so friendly. I highly recommend going when you’re in Dallas.

I was disappointed because I was in town and had been waiting to try this speakeasy I made a reservation and was not able to experience the speakeasy. I walked in no one greeted me I sat at the bar for 10 mins before I was addressed and the bar tender told me I had 20 mins to order because they decided to close early because they were slow. I explained I made a reservation and drove all the way across town. I ended up leaving because I didn’t want to rush drinking a drink to have to turn around and leave
