My husband, our children and I were seated and had to wait on a waiter to approach our table. There was a waiter literally standing there and watching us. A white woman and her children were seated and that same waiter that was watching us went to their table and took their drink order. We left. I’m never coming back here. There are plenty of AA that eat at Gloria’s. Why higher someone that doesn’t like us if we are one of your biggest customers? He needs to be fired.

The service of the waiter and the staff is excellent. I only didn't like that I ordered a Coco Beach drink And I didn't like it, but the manager Luis solved the problem, thank you very much. Even the valets were very attentive and helpful.
