Went to the Golden chick on plano rd and forest and ordered 2 funnel cakes. They were hard and old and tasty like trash my dog did not want it. Never experienced this at this location. Very disappointed. All the responses I've seen of I'm sorry but what are you going to do for me. I want my money back for this trashy funnel..

The last two visits to this poorly managed GC were bad experiences. Tonight, they charged me for mashed potatoes only to put a side of gravy in the bag. When you call to speak to them nobody answers the phone. The visit before today was about a year ago when they served disgusting chicken tenders that my child bit into & spit out. I took it inside the restaurant to show the manager & she refused to refund me because the chicken had been bitten into. This store is in need of a drastic makeover starting with management that is professional, food that is prepared better, and answering the phone instead of blatantly ignoring the caller, despite several attempts.

8:30pm and dining room was closed. Very tiny chicken tenders. They used to be bigger. Now it's like they split a tender into 3 pieces to get the most count. Very disappointed.

I work beside this location. I often see Latricia when I go (usually on Fridays for a lunch treat), and while I typically don't leave reviews, I have to complent her. My order is always correct and fresh, and I'm greeted with a smile. It leaves an everlasting impression of a company when you get to meet employees that genuinely care about what they do and the people they serve. 5 stars from me!

STAFF HAS NOW STARTED TO FRY THEIR CHICKEN(WICKED WINGS FOR SURE) IN THE SAME GREASE AS THEIR.
