Everyone working in the restaurant was Hispanic but that wasn't the issue that's never the issue the issue is they didn't get my order right then began speaking in Spanish as they try to figure out IF I'm right for bringing the food back because I'm missing my roll I paid for. They sent me back out the door with the same tenders I came in with and one bun in a bag! It was just a HORRIBLE customer service experience do NOT go to this location...find another Golden Chick to go to.

Ordered door dash. Compare this receipt to the order. Nothing that I got was in my order. When I called the store, they all pretended that they couldn't hear me, even though I could hear them just fine. And this was after five failed attempts to call them. When Door Dash submitted the reorder, the restaurant cancelled it.No responsibility, no customer service, just complete living examples of why Minimum Wage is too high.Me, I paid $20 over two hours ago and I still haven't eaten. What I got isn't worth what I paid, so effectively this store stole from me. The staff and managers are thieves.

Prices are too high for the chicken. I got the 4pc tenders, and 2 of them were small with more breading than chicken. Also, my side of green beans was literally 4 fork bites. Gravy is good, but if I'm paying 10 bucks for 4 tenders, they need to be bigger, as do the sides. The place is clean, and the lady was nice.

Very busy of course it was the weekend. But it was faster than expected. Food was fire which I mean it was very tasty. Except the mashed potatoes. Please change them bi have two co workers who agree lolNice workers too! Kind and funny

My husband and I set in the Drive-Thru for 30 minutes waiting on a Hispanic lady in the front of us talk to the drive-thru lady which was the Hispanic lady they was having words back and forth about their order the disagreement went on for 30mins it was taking so long I walked across the street to Subway to purchase my husband a sandwich when I got back inside the car my order still wasn't ready when I got my food my chicken tenders wasn't fresh they was dry got home discovered my gravy was missing and my jalapeno poppers was soggy and under cooked I am so upset this is the second time this has happened when I went to this location I don't know what's going on but they need new workers and they need to be trained and supervised I would never ever eat another Golden Chick in this area again I hate I even moved in this area I can't wait till I move back to Duncanville Tx.

I ordered some golden tenders and family size, I went in to pick up my order, when i got home had no fries, a week ago, I ordered the same order and i got large fries instead of the family size. When i get up there it’s ready for me so I’ll give them props for that.

I've given Golden Chick multiple chances, hoping for an improvement in their service, but it's been nothing but consistent disappointment. The long wait times alone are frustrating enough, but what really takes the cake is their inability to get my order correct. It's become a recurring theme every time I visit.From missing items to completely wrong orders, it's clear that their attention to detail is severely lacking. It's disheartening to see a restaurant consistently fail at the basics of customer service. I'd love to see Golden Chick step up their game and make some serious improvements in their order accuracy and efficiency. Until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere where my time and money are valued more.
