Man at drive thru told me a cup of ice was $3. He had to be kidding me. Then I asked for a courtesy cup of ice water. He gave me water with no ice. My food tasted good but his customer Service they need to check on..cause I know a cup of ice shouldnt be. $3. I still would recommend people to shop here because 1 person dont determine the overall outcome. We have to work with each other and learn to love like God instructs us to do.. Food was great.. God is love

I ordered chicken salad sandwich and chicken salad and tea I checked and found a long blonde hair so I took it back disgusted the manager was at the drive thru window I explained to her the problem the manager nor the cashier had on hair nets she offered to make another but I declined she said she didn't have one on because she was leaving ,

I would give zero stars but since it’s not allowed, I’m just gonna go ahead and give one, but this is the most craziest place I’ve ever been to. They need to shut this place down. They’re so unprofessional and they waste peoples time and they lock the doors super early And are very rude at the speaker. They don’t even welcome you to go and check instead I give them the welcome and they asked me what do I want?Lol u no u in da hood with this place and the workers attitude. Absolutely no customer service

When I came to the drive thru they took a good minute to respond. All I wanted was some spicy chicken tenders and they handed me regular chicken. I ordered a Dr pepper and it was literally more ice than soda. Basically the only thing they gave me correctly was the honey.

They had told us half an hour to get fried chicken it had Been an hour and half since they had open that’s so inconvenient we had to go for roasted chicken on top of that they didn’t have their Apple Pay . I won’t come back to this location
