Came for lunch was expecting good service from a new location. I was wrong. Lemon pepper wings were lukewarm at best. Wasn’t offered ant sauce to go with them so there’s that, and had I know they were just gonna throw some seasoning salt on some room temperature wings I’d have went elsewhere.

The service and people were great and very courteous but I order 6 pcs tenders spicy, mashed potatoes, white gravy, biscuit and a Big Red. I've been sick all night and all morning. Just FYI in case someone wants to be wary!

I don’t know what’s going on with this place but Service here sucks these young kids don’t do not know what they’re doing. Always getting my order. Messed up or leaving stuff out and I have to go inside every time from the drive-through.

I love their food but very stingy on the mashed potato, I’m ordering a family for my family and we pay for it so we expect the right amount on it. Mines was half way and it needed another scoop and it was just that one.

The 2nd time I’ve tried it. The first time it just opened. The chicken was dry small and fries was cold. I thought bad experience maybe but it was only open 4 weeks. I go back today trying to give the benefit of the doubt. The lemon pepper wings that I got from a Golden Chick I’m Arlington, Texas on Matlock was so good that I wanted more. I decide maybe they can do those right here on Illinois Rd. in Dallas. It’s a fairly new store. No they SUCKED they gave me 3 litte wings that made up one then a regular wing no lemon pepper on it. I want my hard earned $6.48 back. It was TRASH. I tried to call the store and guess what happened before 10 o’clock closing time. The phone went to voicemail. It said Hello, sorry we are closed but you close at 10. If you have a complaint it will not get handled because you have to wait to the next day. Smh have to better
Golden chick never disappoints with that crispy chicken. If you never had it get the spicy wicked wings and you will love it .

Worst experience ever prices go up every time I go . I got my mother 2 legs , fries and a pepper $ 8.85 last week I went $8.51 and then they didn't hve no fried legs so I got my mother 2 roasted ones and the roll they have her was freaking burnt and the chicken don't taste tht great. They need real good cooks in there. Preferably black cooks...the service was awful, worse experience ever for the money I spent

This place is good and I really don’t have anything bad to say but this last visit. They threw the rolls on top of the fries in a bag and some of the rolls were burnt and that’s what bothered me today. We go several times throughout the week and we have never been given the food like this. Other than this experience I have nothing bad to say. It’s always a good choice and worth every penny.
