This was an absolute horrible experience.. and something very strange as well.. I pulled through the drive-thru and went up to the speaker to order.. and this young lady sounded like she was maybe 14 or 15... I repeated my order to her three times .. I wanted a three-piece fried Chicken, two wings and a thigh, mashed potatoes and gravy for the side add an extra side order of coleslaw... I pull up to the window and pay.. and the young lady kept talking to a woman like it was her mother.. it was very clear, not only was she not trained at all, she did not know what she was doing.. it took about 10 minutes at the window and about 10 minutes ordering through the drive-thru and also very important.. there was no one else in the Drive-Thru and not one person in the restaurant... So I pay and you can tell she was asking this older women.. what to do... It really appeared as if it was a mother and daughter situation I don't know for sure but it was really weird and it gave me really weird vibes... So I finally get the food.. I start to drive off and the young lady said oh I forgot to give you your mashed potatoes and gravy... I get home I live about 3 mi away... The order was totally wrong and the chicken was old old when I'm talking old it really was like it was made that morning not only that it was two thighs and one chicken wing. The young lady gave me a carton of gravy in a carton of mashed potatoes no gravy in the mashed potatoes.. I could go on and on but this was an absolute disaster!!! I was still peeved about this the next day and try to get a manager on phone apparently no one was available so I attempt to call corporate.. it was that bad of an experience. Finally 4 days ago I get a call from the manager at the location explain everything to her she couldn't find the receipt but yeah my debit card was charged she said she would look into it and call me back.. this is about a week later and I still haven't heard a word from her. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION FOR GOLDEN CHICK TRULY BUYER BEWARE

Don’t even bother ordering catering through them. I ordered according to food allergy for 10 people, and they brought a whole box of the exact opposite chicken than what the group could have. Ridiculous. At least Ezcater took care of it, but Golden Chick wouldn’t even answer the phone when we called to see if they could send out the correct food.

This is my all time favorite location. The staff are wonderful at all locations, but this one has the best staff and a great atmosphere inside, as well. The food is consistent and fresh!!

I’m so sick and tired of items being left out of my order. This location used to be very thorough and food was freshly cooked but in recent months they have slipped quite a bit. You are promised that your large orders are complete but upon unpacking everything at home you discover items missing. Tenders have very inconsistent sizing and taste is hit or miss. I didn’t want to post this in frustration but it’s impossible to reach anyone by phone. They don’t listen to their messages either.

Popeyes fan looking for alternatives since they are slipping and prices are going way up. First time customer. Had the spicy tenders with dirty rice and a Golden sandwich with Fries. Pretty good. Very fresh. 2:30 PM. Not a fan of the rice. Decent prices and excellent management/service.

Actually was a drive through order, so my atmosphere was home. I’m used to a larger container at a different location, so it wasn’t as much as I expected. Food was delicious nonetheless. Great Arnold Palmer!
