Me and my Wife was craving something and it was our first time ordering Golden Chick and whoever was working last night on the mic had a horrible attitude and rushed me while I ordered. He didnt understand what I wanted so I had to correct him, and the more I asked questions the more he got frustrated and so he didnt care what our meal turned out to. When pulling to the window the young man still had an attitude and so I wasn't able to correct my meal, so my wife ate the spicy chicken which was supposed to be regular and she threw it all up. The rolls was probably the best part of the meal but not worth 26$ dollars. I wish I could refund but I don't want to deal with that guy's attitude whoever was working the mic in the drive thru. Do not come here if you're hungry at night.

If I could give them zero stars I would.the customer service and professionalismat this place is terrible.i went here on Saturday and my kids strips were old in two of them and the other one was chunks of flour.when I called and spoke to Derek on Sunday he said my food would be replaced.i get told that I have to come during the daytime if I want my food replaced and then they asked me where was the food when I clearly explained to them what I was told management here is a bunch of rude kids and if you ask for the store manager they give you a disconnected number to someone name Pisces. They need to do better because the amount of money aren't cant be given back.
