Through the drive-through, and after placing my order, I got to the window paid received my drink. Then was asked if I can pull forward. The guy in front of me had parked diagonally so I couldn’t pull up to the trashcan. After about five minutes, they got their food and then a minute longer. I receive mine. There were not any napkins, honeyor utensils so it was a little aggravating.

Niesha was the best service rep. I think I've ever encountered in my 30+ yrs of fast food orders. She really stands out in communication and customer service skills. I believe she may have been training another employee which, if so, makes me confident that other employees in her realm of influence are in good hands.

Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with one of the employees,in the drive thru who was very rude during my visit. Their attitude and tone made the interaction uncomfortable and unpleasant. I hope management addresses this behavior so that future customers have a more positive experience.

I went to get me and my family dinner and i came through the drive thru the young lady that took my order was very rude and rushing me so i went inside they young lady jay or nay was very sympathetic to my concerns she apologized and made sure she took great care of me and i was extremely pleased with my order you guys need to do better with hiring people

Employees had attitudes when I drove by the drive thru. Got home and noticed I was missing items. Drive back and employee still proceed to be rude. Stated that the receipt didn’t have what I was requesting. Showed her my online order, mashed potatoes were dry when she stated they had the gravy on them. Afterwards notified I was missing the gravy for my order.

Service was good. I just had to wait 15 minutes for my chicken because they did not have any . But I don't mind waiting for some freshly made chicken. Thank you to the people in the back it was the best hot meal I have had in a while from a fast food place.
Came here twice since our youth was visiting for YFN and both times they were nice and fast service. One of our youth even accidentally dropped his fries and another worker was nice enough to get him another one. Such a nice thing to do. Will definitely keep coming here everytime we come. Thank y’all!

I have tried to eat at this place through the drive through three times. Each time the wait time is horrible and the food is bad each and every time. This time I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and 1 fried fish. The chicken sandwich came to me dry and over cooked, the fish they gave me it was too extra crispy, crunchy, over cooked, and the fish wasnt even edible because they cooked it til it was dried out and gave me 2 overly cooked pieces of it instead of 1 and literally 2 horrible pieces that was over cooked with no meat. I wasted my money on this and couldnt even eat the meal I paid for. They also had me pull up to wait 25mins for my food just for me to recieve this food, overcooked and not edible and literally 6 cars came after me in that same time frame of 25mins, drove thru got they food and left well i still was waiting just to recieve over cooked trash. I WILL NEVER TRY THEY FOOD AGAIN ID RATHER GO TO BETTER LOCATION THAT ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT THE WAY THEY GIVING THE CUSTOMER FOOD THATS NOT OVER COOKED AND WITH PPL THAT WORK THE DRIVE THRU THATS NOT SNATCHING MY CARD TO CARD WITH ATTITUDE WHEN I NEVER GAVE ATTITUDE WHEN PLACING MY ORDER.
