I stopped by this location for lunch for my family and spent over 30.00 bucks. I get home and open my box to total disappointment. The fish was soooo thin like a little chicken tender. Totally disappointed and still hungry! I wasted 20 bucks on two of the fish plates. Not cool! And the lady at the window could have said something too! I won’t be back! The picture actually looks bigger than it really is!

Just left this location and the lady at the front is so disrespectful. Just because there is a computer there different mean I have to use it. And then when I take five minutes to put in my order I can't pay with cash. So you then take my order in which you should have from the jump because you were only walking around acting like you working. While ringing me up all you talk about is how you ready to go people on your nerves. Quit if you don't want to work. Golden Chick y'all need to re think on that. CHICK

I normally love to eat Golden Chick and order the tenders, but at this location their chicken tenders are not well cooked, when you look at the tenders you seem like you’re eating uncooked tenders. I think that they just deep it in fryer for only two minutes 🤦♂️. I am kind of disappointed recently because each time I order the tenders, they are not well cooked. Is there an option to have some of the tenders to be cooked well done and have the other that are not cooked for those who like it?

Golden Chick is my favorite fast food chicken place. This location, not so much. Ordered Big and Golden combo. Corn nuggets weren't cooked, they were out of pickles, bread was stale, and they have no cheese to add to sandwiches?? The Pepsi was also flat. I see why this is one of the lower rated locations. Do better GC or just be Church's.
Ride manager who quibbled with my sister and me over a complimentary soft drink after we waited for more than 25 minutes for then to have roasted chicken ready. She had the gall to tell me that soft drink cups cost money. I told her than my 25 minutes of wasted time is much more valuable than a soft drink cup. Her customer service skills were awful and she should not be placed in charge of a store.
