It's a 50/50 that you'll have a decent time visiting this location. Sometimes the staff are rude and don't care and give you the wrong order or you'll find that 50% The staff are actually normal and actually do their jobs and gets the order right.

Terrible establishment. They always forget something whether it be the sauces or the sides, they don’t give utensils or napkins when in the drive thru and the employees get upset when you ask for what they missed. How are they gonna forget the gravy when THEY ASK what would you like for the sauce??? Ain’t ever coming here again, waste of my money.

Very rude! Came in today, and they gave my food to another car that looked the same as mine. I tried explaining the situation but they were not understanding and being very rude about the situation. They didn’t even give me the correct order after the whole thing.

Nice employees, food was fresh. That is where the positives stop. I ordered chicken and fish. Of course it is some indescript type of fish. It was fried hard and had very little meat inside. If you put your pointer finger and middle finger together , that is the size of the fish "piece". Took 7 minutes for that to cook. Chicken fair. Okra ok, and roll soft and hot. Cost too much for play food. Cannot recommend and will not return. There were no paper towels in the bathroom.

They always screw up the online orders. It’s a waste of money and I don’t understand why this happens. They never give us mashed potatoes and end up putting fries. The sides and rolls that I ask for aren’t in the bag when it arrives. Awful service

Found that online orders are not a priority per an employee. Serve lobby first not Uber Eats which I didn't use. It was a personal order. Waited over 30 minutes for food I ordered for the family and myself. Almost 50 worth. Got a text it's ready. Went inside I and alerted them I was there. 3 Customer orders were served in the lobby at 12 minutes we are behind sir. But the drive tru orders still going out. At the 30 minutes mark, we are out of chicken. I respectfully canceled and went to Kentucky Fried Chicken. I remind you that I received a message it was ready before I walked in the door. Oh look at the receipts a guy did pick food while I was waiting from a food app. May have been a friend or family. I received a refund online over an hour later. Luckily it was the last of my money. I will go to the Samuel location. No thanks. I was shaking my head with other customers agreeing on the lack of service.
