I visited these location with my kids recently food was so terrible OMG 😠cold ... The Mac and cheese was nasty looking I didn't check my order so of course they shorted me on chicken everyone including the Huge lady on the blue shirt looked drugged she had a terrible attitude with my kids she sounded drunk I don't recommend these place to eat at at all

It's a 50/50 that you'll have a decent time visiting this location. Sometimes the staff are rude and don't care and give you the wrong order or you'll find that 50% The staff are actually normal and actually do their jobs and gets the order right.

Terrible establishment. They always forget something whether it be the sauces or the sides, they don’t give utensils or napkins when in the drive thru and the employees get upset when you ask for what they missed. How are they gonna forget the gravy when THEY ASK what would you like for the sauce??? Ain’t ever coming here again, waste of my money.

Very rude! Came in today, and they gave my food to another car that looked the same as mine. I tried explaining the situation but they were not understanding and being very rude about the situation. They didn’t even give me the correct order after the whole thing.
Nice employees, food was fresh. That is where the positives stop. I ordered chicken and fish. Of course it is some indescript type of fish. It was fried hard and had very little meat inside. If you put your pointer finger and middle finger together , that is the size of the fish "piece". Took 7 minutes for that to cook. Chicken fair. Okra ok, and roll soft and hot. Cost too much for play food. Cannot recommend and will not return. There were no paper towels in the bathroom.

They always screw up the online orders. It’s a waste of money and I don’t understand why this happens. They never give us mashed potatoes and end up putting fries. The sides and rolls that I ask for aren’t in the bag when it arrives. Awful service
