Four years ago the drive thru attendant was very nasty to customers. I went in to give this place a second try years after they remodeled. I had placed an order online. Went inside to pick it up. Ladies at register were nice and got the order correct. Food was fresh.

Today my Server was Ma Guadalupe B can’t complain about her customer service! She got my order right on the dot and also made sure I didn’t want any additional things! Such a sweet lady! Thanks to her I Got a Large Drink for .30 more!

I visited these location with my kids recently food was so terrible OMG 😭 cold ... The Mac and cheese was nasty looking I didn't check my order so of course they shorted me on chicken everyone including the Huge lady on the blue shirt looked drugged she had a terrible attitude with my kids she sounded drunk I don't recommend these place to eat at at all

It's a 50/50 that you'll have a decent time visiting this location. Sometimes the staff are rude and don't care and give you the wrong order or you'll find that 50% The staff are actually normal and actually do their jobs and gets the order right.

Terrible establishment. They always forget something whether it be the sauces or the sides, they don’t give utensils or napkins when in the drive thru and the employees get upset when you ask for what they missed. How are they gonna forget the gravy when THEY ASK what would you like for the sauce??? Ain’t ever coming here again, waste of my money.

Very rude! Came in today, and they gave my food to another car that looked the same as mine. I tried explaining the situation but they were not understanding and being very rude about the situation. They didn’t even give me the correct order after the whole thing.
