I would have missed out on the best chicken in Texas if it wasn't for Sha'Carri Richardson, the Olympic runner from Dallas. She converted me when she said in an interview that it was one of her favorite restaurants. I've been at least once a week since then. The one in Grand Prarie was my #1 choice so far.

Well while I can’t complain about the food ever being bad I can’t. However, everything was always broken like the speaker. So glad to hear it’s closed for renovations and not forever. Staff was okay but they could’ve used some work , wait times were long sometimes but I think it’s because the building was just needing major upgrades. I couldn’t imagine them working there. Didn't really want to do this because I enjoy Golden Chick very much. The young ladies who filled my order were very sweet, which is why I gave this location a 3-star. However, my receipt said half and half which is what i ordered, but what i got was only 12 fried pieces, missing 3 others. I had the family sides, and only 2 were in there. No rolls at all.
