I received exceptional customer service tonight from Leanor in the drive-thru. She sold me some Zing seasoning. I can’t wait to use it when I cook my chicken.

The people who work the lunch hours don’t care about the quality of food or giving you what you ordered. They just throw stuff in the bag and hope it’s cooked, fresh, and correct. Now the people who work the night shift are great. Orders are always accurate, cooked well, and they’re kind. The lunch crew needs a new training on customer service and listening skills.

Amanda, you was amazing! We was not expecting such great service at 9:30 PM at night while picking up a quick bite to eat, but you exceeded our expectations. Typically when you’re ordering across the menu and changing up what you want to order most of the time The person assisting you would not be as patient and helpful. However, it Was extremely pleasant to see and hear your willingness to help, as well as save us money by recommending a different combo.
