This use to be my go to place when I crave fried chicken,Not anymore!!.my order is Always wrong and the food just is not the same,not sure why..I'll just choose Popeyes next time at least the food is consistent!.and I love yalls rolls but the chicken is tasteless nowadays..
I placed an order on the web site for pick up and was not satisfied when we got home. I ordered the family box (18 tenders, 2 mash potatoes, fried okra, French fries, family gravy and 8 rolls). 1. I did not get my French fries 2. Missing 1 roll 3. I ordered half spicy & half regular and only got regular. I don’t understand how someone can be so specific on an online order and still get it wrong! So disappointing, and never ordering from this location.
