In house, we were told it might take 10 minutes for our order. After 15 minutes I stood at the counter, and when they noticed me they just began to get our order together. Meanwhile, I noticed the drive-through kept moving at a rapid pace. Hmmm... don't eat there. Maybe get takeout.The food's not that good. Sad, because the Christian Right Chick-fil-A opened right next door, and is not open Sunday. A chance for Golden Chick.. They will lose.

The people that work here took 15-20 minutes to take my order from the drive-thru. There were no signs, for cars to move forward. Once I got to the window to take my order, I saw the co-workers on their phones and not working at all. After ordering my food and waited for another 10-15 minutes for some fresh fish to come out, I noticed there was also hair wrapped around my fried fish. Then I immediately informed the manager and the manager quoted "it's nothing" and didn't apologize of anything. I haven't experienced anything like this since NEVER! Do not eat here.

Being my first time visiting this Golden Chick off East Northwest highway I had an awesome experience Great friendly customer service. Very clean store . The food does not disappoint and be sure to check out the free ice cream but you have to ask for the ice cream cone at
I ordered the 9 piece legs & thighs. Half fried, half roasted. I ask for 2 thighs fried amd 2 legs fried.I got 1 fried thigh and 3 fried legs. 1 roasted leg and 3 roasted thighs. 8 pieces. They just gave me what they wanted minus 1 piece. Drive-thru. My order was not what I ordered.

Going OOB after Chik Fila opens next door. As for review, it's hit or miss. Sometimes, you order a 7 piece strip, and you get any combination of nuggets and strips. Sometimes, you get all strips, no nuggets. Dirty rice tastes like gizzard. Worst thing, they have a better sauce, and options than Canes, Or Chik Fil A.

Order chicken strips had to wait 20-30 minutes for the food on the side of the building. Will be going to another golden chick from now. This one is the worst one in DFW !

Except for the price of food, Golden Chick, undoubtedly has good food, quality & flavor. To make the place wholesome & customers to enjoy the food, might have to set guidance for parents & grandparents w/ to set disciplines for their unruly kids. Customers need it! Thank you.

I went to this golden chicken the drive thru person was rude everything I started to speak they cut me off and ask for two breast and a leg, and repeated my order to her and they still got it wrong so I went inside the drive person was sitting down and another work came over told him I need a breast he had me to open my box for him to take out one leg with tongs and throw it away and he put another breast in a different box.... didn't apologize or nothing.... I will not go back to that golden chicken again and the chicken was old..... I'm so tire of bad service..... I should have gotten my money back!!
