Probably an outlier to the favorability of this chain, but def did not enjoy any of the drinks I got from this place. Granted, my sweetness tolerance is weirder/lower than most people, but even my friends who tried my 30% drinks thought it was still sweet. So, I can’t even imagine what it would taste like at 100% for any of their drinks. Moreover, their boba wasn’t that good as there was a slight stiffness to the boba that worsened if the drink stayed out long. Wouldn’t recommend this chain to anyone who doesn’t enjoy sweet drinks. Out of all the “cha” spots gong is my favorite. Friendly staff great drinks I tend to have a two drink cycle and I switch between Thai milk, tea, and Pearl milk tea at 30% sweet. They make it perfect every time…reasonably priced will be back.

The guy who works here is a professional and an artist! the boba is fresh, prices are great, and the flavor profile is perfection ?
You can scale the sweetness, which I really appreciate (I got the no additional sugar and it was still lightly sweet and perfect for my taste). The milk foam in the picture of the drink above was a bit salty, which surprised me at first but it was SO GOOD with the other flavors in the drink. My new favorite boba spot!

I had a fantastic experience at Gongcha. The brown sugar milk tea was perfect – just the right sweetness, and the boba was fresh and chewy. The staff were friendly, the service was quick, and the place had a cozy vibe. Definitely recommend for anyone craving delicious boba and great service!

I got the strawberry matcha latte because of how pretty it looked in the poster. Unfortunately it tasted like thick foamy cream with barely any matcha and just a spoonful of crushed strawberries on the bottom. It looked nothing like the poster which showed half of it bright green matcha and half pink from the strawberry. Mine was pretty much white with a touch a green and just the bottom covered in like half a strawberry. If you like drinking plain milk, then go for it. Taste was forgettable and not worth $7 with tax and all. My friend got the lychee tea which wasn’t clear that it didn’t come with milk, it just tasted like just a simple juice full of ice. again not worth $7. Nothing much to compliment or complain about service or atmosphere.
